Extremely disappointed. Ill start with positives though.. everyone was kind, helpful, and they shuttled me to work, which was greatly appreciated. But when it came down to the service of the truck, I received a quote for $2k that said the brakes, rotors and brake drums needed to be replaced now and that it was a immediate fix. My father didnt like how the mechanic explained the needed fixes, so recommended that I go elsewhere for another opinion. I took the truck to another shop and they went over it as well, and said that there are some things that are immediate but all of the highly priced items such as those I just mentioned, are not immediate. Im very disappointed to learn this. I actually stated to the sales person that I am not very up on my car knowledge, but that I had heard really good things about this shop, so trust them to look it over and be fair. Good thing the truck belongs to my father, who is up on his car knowledge, advised me to take it to a different shop, and went over the review with them. Honesty can be hard to come by these days.. so I will no longer be taking my business here.

On Friday, the weekend before the labor day holiday, I came into point s tire store to get new tires that I had been quoted previous, I was hoping to get the same deal and i encounter Nick Fox at the main entrance. He was understanding I was short with money and he had given me a break. Nick gave me the price for the money I had. And not only Nick was helpful, Justin at the counter made the experience better by entertaining my baby at the end of period of waiting. The guys at the shop gave great service and hospitality. I will recommend anyone to go there for any repairs.

This is my "Point S J&J Tire story". While at a mini mall not too far from J&J Tire, I had a flat tire. I walked over to their service dept. in search of assistance. Nick Fox was welcoming, friendly and very willing to help me. Within a few minutes, he had grabbed his air pump, took me to my car and changed my tire. Then he asked me to follow him back to their service dept. so he could tighten the lug nuts. I walked into their shop not knowing what to expect and left very impressed by their customer service. Thanks so much Nick, for your service and kindness.

I travel periodically to Helena for meetings and usually try and return to Missoula the same day. So when I came out of my meeting at 5pm and realized I had a flat tire I knew I was in trouble. I called my friends at J and J Tire and explained my predicament. It was the end of the day and I was afraid Id be spending the night to get my tire fixed. Bob and his crew not only got me back on the road in pleanty of time to get home safely but did it all with a smile and a thank you. Thanks guys. Your Helena customers must love you!

First time here, but very good experience so far! im sitting in the waiting room, with wifi, complimentary water and snacks, and they got my car in same day. i did call ahead a few hours and made an appt, but ive watched a few other people just walk in and they have their cars in the shop quickly as well. they have a simple rewards program where you get 3% on your purchases that is tracked in house, simply by using an email address. so those little bits back could add up to a free service down the road! very polite employees!!

Ive been using J&J tire (point s) for most of my auto needs over the years. Their staff is very dependable and constant. Im always greeted with a smile, and most importantly Im greeted by my name every time. To walk into a place maybe a few times a year and be remembered by name speaks volumes as to their attention to details for customer service. And Ive always had quality work done on any auto repairs or maintenance. You will not go wrong if you decided to use this business.

I took in my 2002 Subaru Outback when its timing belt was about to go. My car was taken in the day after I called, the issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved as soon as the part was in the shop. I walked away feeling that I understood the work being done on my car with the mechanic even taking the time to write out each necessary replacement. I appreciated the care, thoughtfulness and respect I received, and I plan to continue to take my car to Point S J&J for future work.

Avoid this place if you need more than tires. My car was actually worse and they still were going to make me pay. They could not figure out the problem instead were just going start replacing random parts hoping one would fix it (something a real mechanic would never do) charge me for it all. Go to wal mart instead better service and better mechanics.

Came in for 2 tires to be replaced and mounted. Awesome customer service, the customer waiting area is clean and comes with water, coffee, candy. The tech came in to notify that a stud broke off and Justin was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I received great customer service. I recommend these guys if you need your vehicle serviced.

Absolutely blown away by the service at Point S. I blew my tire at lunch and a Point S employee noticed was kind enough to help me change my popped tire at the restaurant! They then were able to replace my tire for me at an unexpected, great price. I couldnt be more please my experience with Point S Tires!

These guys are definitely doing their best to get their customers in and out of here so you arent waiting forever. I showed up without calling and I right after giving up my keys my truck is in the shop! Outstanding service with no notice to get someone back out on the road. Would reccomennd to anyone.

Just had another great service encounter with J&J tire. I had to replace two front tires on my ATV and needed a friend to handle the details while I was out of town. J&J got it all done and sent me the receipt via email. I love this company.
