Everywhere else a battery warranty is an actual warranty not a pro-rate warranty. They kid that was supposed to "help" us ended rolling his eyes at me and my husband. Thats not customer service. Im used my napa auto parts back on the east coast who are nice and helpful people not here. Their battery lasted a while but not worth me getting a new one from them

Horrible. They dont even carry rear view mirror acheove. The poor sales guy tried to find something that might work, and we tried an interior/exterior body glue that didnt even hold the mirror up for a second. Had to go to auto zone the next day.

Horrible customer service over the phone, talk to customers like you would like to be able to help them out, they think its funny as well, too bad.
