Worst service....I ordered a part and was told he was holding it on his hand...Called next day to have it delivered, nobody knew about it ...Guy on phone was amazingly rude ..He put me on hold and would not comeback...I drove there and I was still on hold...4 times and each time lasted longer...Less was 14 minutes...Gary is rude and very bad manners...If he was standing in front of me the way he talked to me I would smack him like a little girl with bad manners....He questions if I even called or talked to someone....Than he realizes they made a mistake and acts nice.....Im pissed

I have been going to the Napa store on Elliot in Tempe for years. I followed an employee named Jerry from another store. Not only does Napa have the best parts but Jerry is the BEST!!!!!!!! not only is he always in a good mood but he also is very knowledgeable. Jerry has never had me have to come back because of the wrong part or advise. I cant say enough good things about Jerry he is THE BEST !!!! If Jerry ever leaves that store I will follow or go some where else. Still Napa but one a lot closer from home. I drive 10 miles just to get Jerry. Mike G. in east Mesa

Have a UPS style coffee truck (1988 GMC P3500) and had to redo the entire fuel system. Came in with my fuel tank assembly to see if they could help me find parts that are difficult to come by. Louie took the time to comb through a bunch of inventory for me and eventually found what I needed. He was incredibly friendly, as was the whole crew, and I ended up finding all the parts I needed. Saved me so much time. I already talked to them about replacing my brake lines next. Def go here. Great service and they will earn your business.

Hit and miss. Been running my business for 5 years just down the street. Either have great service or call ahead of time to make sure they have 4-6volt batteries for a lift told oh yeah then show up and they only have 2. Its a store that tries to sell you things.
