I dont usually write reviews and that is why this review has take so long but I felt obligated to write one since I has such an amazing experience of car buying at this dealership. Me and my wife went on the day before thanksgiving at around 5PM to buy a Mercedes GLC. Bryan Rickerson, was our salesman. He was very politely and friendly and listened carefully to what features we were looking for in our car and then suggested a few options that actually made more sense than what he had initially thought of. For example, we were planning to get white exterior with an aluminium interior but he suggested it will not go well with the white exterior. He actually showed us a car on the lot that had the aluminium interior and we could actually see that were making a mistake by going with this combination. He then discussed all the features in detail. I didnt want to go on a test drive since I had already taken one at another dealership but he insisted on me taking one as this was such a big investment. This made me feel that he genuinely cared that I get the car that I definitely like. Then came the time which I usually dread at car dealerships, "Negotiations". I have had some bad experiences in the past but Bryan was amazing and didnt play any games. There were no pressure tactics, no sitting at table for 4 hours going back and forth. We discussed the price a couple of times in a very non pressure way and I actually ended up paying $5100 below MSRP and $1500 below the true car value price of Kelly Blue book and edmunds. I was surprised at how smotthly and easily this negotiation part was over. After this I went to the finance person named David. He was also very polite and went over coverage options. This took some time as there was paperwork to sign but was surprised to see that Bryan was still waiting for me when I got done at around 7PM the day before thanksgiving when the most of the staff had left to spend time with family. Bryan waited for me all this while and then took us outside and again went over all the features of the car for good 30 min. He then asked me "Do you feel comfortable driving this car now?". This was so refreshing to see that someone at a car dealership actually cared about whether I felt comfortable driving out with the car. It actually felt he was like my family member making sure I felt comfortable in my new car and new all the features. He also gave us a free cargo package that my wife had been asking for. A couple of weeks after the purchase we received a box of chocolates and a Thank You note from Bryan and the dealership thanking us for the business. But for a change, I want to thank everyone at this dealership and especially Bryan for making this special occasion a very memorable and stress free for us. I suggest you to save yourself some headache(which you normally get at other dealerships) and dollars and go see Bryan Rickerson at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria.

I am very HAPPY with the SERVICE I have received at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, VA. They have performed two services for me and I have been thoroughly pleased with their service. My Assistant Service Manager Mr. George Boatwright is excellent and he does an extremely good job in letting me know the issues my car is having in a very timely manner. The whole team always give me a smile and is willing and ready to accommodate me when I walk in. I have always received a loaner car that is clean and fill with gas, the staff in this department is pleasant, efficient and I am always in and out and to work on time. I have the warranty coverage and the service department is always willing to look up my warranty and make sure that it is covered before they start the work. All of my service visits have been completed in 2 days or less. Example: My last visit in August 2016 was a 2-day service. I took my S550 in for a hubcap repair that was damaged in about four places and the work done was so flawless that you could not tell that the damage was even there and I picked up my car the next day. Their work hours are very workable for my schedule. I am impressed with their professionalism from the sale of my car by Mr. Jimmy Moore, Mercedes Benz Representative Master Certified to Mr. George Boatwright my Assistant Service Manager and Mr. Nicholas Moon, Customer Service Representative. Mr. Moon always follows up with a courtesy call and E-mail to make sure that I was satisfied with my service experience at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, VA. After speaking with Mr. Moon, I believe if I had a bad experience he would try to work it out to see that it is corrected and that it does not happen again. I needed to write a review for this dealership. It was an excellent experience through and through. First, a thank you to the GM, Peter Collins, Financial Manager, Jerry Chao, and sales consultant, Haroon and Jay-ar. Their customer service, communication, honesty, and attentive to our needs was exceptional and hard to find from many dealers in the DMV area. They exemplified the class on what a Mercedes dealership should always be. My wife and I were in an unusual circumstance, in which we were very unhappy with a car we leased from Arlington Mercedes. We have put in more money and visits to fix the car we leased, than most consumers pay in the same time on an older vehicle. We were also, unknowingly in a contract that was advised as the best “deal” from Arlington Mercedes, to later find out, we were losing even more money keeping the car. Expressing our concerns and need to financially to do the impossible, these guys took on the responsibility to fix our problem (what should have been Arlington’s problem) and they worked hard to come out with the best possible solution. Even after a major error that was made, close to completing a deal, they were able to correct the issue in a timely fashion, to ensure we came out with the best deal and car we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership, as the most important thing is honesty and willingness to do the right thing. And that is the motivation that each of these guys follow, especially the GM. I am already planning for my next vehicle to be purchased from this dealer, no questions asked. They are top notch! Thank you again.

If you are thinking of purchasing a Mercedes, this is the best dealer in the DMV. I have had experience with Euro Bethesda, Tysons, Chantilly, Annapolis, Arlington, and Alexandria. I bought my last two Mercedes from Alexandria if that tells you anything. It starts at the top with good management and it trickles down to the rest of the sales team. The majority of their sales team members have over a decade of experience selling cars. Alexandria attracts the most talented salesmen from other dealers. Let that sink in a minute. Sales people want to work with dealerships where they can make sales because that is how they make a living. When you work for a dealership that offers the best prices and service, you get more sales. These folks are the DMV all stars. They are very pleasant to talk to, they are honest, they dont mess around. They just want to give you the best deal they can so you buy a car because they know you will come back. I do not have anything negative to say about this dealership and I have few positive things to say about the other Mercedes dealers in the DMV.
