I have been looking for a quality used car for over a year. Ive been very patient and was waiting for the perfect vehicle. Over the past year, I looked at over a dozen cars in person and hundreds of others on-line. I came a cross the perfect vehicle at Hillwood auto. A beautiful Toyota 4runner Sport. 4runners hold their value and the one that I saw at Hillwood was in great condition and priced similar to the market price. The price was just a little too much. I worked with Sayed and Mohammed over a couple of days and we finally worked out a fabulous price that I was very happy with. It was clear that they did not make a ton of Money on this deal but it really came down to the their understanding and making their customer happy. They have been in the business for a while and it is clear that they know used cars and the value of the cars they sell. Dont believe the all the negative reviews but check it out for yourself. Its true that not all of the cars they sell are new but they are not a new car dealership. Older used cars will sometimes have problems and that should be a given. Dont buy a used car if you want it to work like a new car. If your looking for a quality used car at a great price, give Hillwood Auto a chance. I am extremely picky and know exactly what I want to buy and what I want to pay. This usually causes problems for me but not here. They knew how much I wanted this 4runner and really worked VERY hard to get the price inline. I bought the truck and felt very good about the entire experience.

I bought a RHD Jeep Wrangler from them (April 12, 2016). I am a Mail Carrier for a small post office that requires us to use our Personal vehicles. Out of desperation, my husband and I bought it because I was close to losing my job for not having a vehicle. I still do not have my registration or tags, which they promised to send 3 weeks ago! Since having it, I have replaced the radiator and transmission hose. When we replaced the transmission hose we found that the transmission had not been flushed in over 5 years! The fluid had turned black. Yesterday the a/c went out and my floorboard on the passenger side is soaking wet! If you purchase from them, take a mechanic and be prepared for them to be rude to women and yell at you all the time. The dealer doesnt do any paper work. There is 0 honesty or character. By the way, they promised that NOTHING would go wrong and the car was in excellent condition because the CARFAX was good. The person who gave them 5 stars is probably one of the dealers in cognito.

People get attracted to this place by the prices they offer which is much lower in comparison. But most if not all of the cars have significant accident history or frame damage, which you wouldnt pickup if you get the Autocheck report directly from this dealer - I suspect that they edit these reports and remove all the negative remarks, so better run the Autocheck report yourself. Every word they tell is a lie so do not trust not a single word they say, do the inspection with your mechanic BEFORE placing any reserve on any car, however good the deal seems. The car I was going to buy had serious damage underneath which explained the low sticker price. If you do your homework and follow correct inspection procedures, you can probably get a good deal from here, but it may not be worth your time and effort.

Bought a 2010 Toyota Camry from here, what a mistake! I did my research on the car, had warranty, looked clean, all checked out on paper. The sales person presented a Clean AutoCheck by which he printed. He gave me the usual lies, how he is taking a loss on this car, and is just trying to liquidate his money. He is giving me this car as a gift, blah blah blah. I write him a check, we sign the papers and take the car home. I show the car to my son, he get suspicious of the price and decides to run his own AutoCheck and Carfax. Behold we find out, the car had a very bad rear accident, blown air bags all around. He buys these cars from Insurance companies, alters their AutoCheck and Carfax reports, details them and sells them as new cars. Shady!

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Armada 3/13/17. I felt a slight shaking in the vehicle. I thought maybe an oil change or tune up. The vehicle was visually inspected by my fiance and we assumed we were safe. Because I have children I wanted to get the full diagnostic test done by Nissan dealership. The truck needed 9 thousand dollars in repairs. AC line leaking freon, the steering rack leaking, the brakes, rotars, and calibers were damaged from an internal issue with the emergency brake. Just all around the worst car I have ever purchased. I had to call the bank to cancel the check because they werent trying to repair the vehicle properly. They are con artist and will rip you off. I just took it back 3/17/2017. Very upset

My experience at Hillwood Auto Sales has been Great!!! Manuel & John are so helpful & have made my car shopping experience hassle free! I like that they are honest & not just focused on trying to make a sale. I purchased a Lexus Rx350 & now i have 2nd vehicle... a Acura Mdx. Ive had no issues, cars are in great condition & very reliable. If you need a car fast..youre looking for a nice ride that is reliable & affordable thn i highly recommend this place. The hours are great because with my work schedule sometimes i get out late.Whenever i had questions or needed assistance Manuel & John were always quick to respond & call back. Such a great experience! !! Thanks guys!

I just stepped into the lot to look at the cars, no real intent to buy....ended up with an amazing 2006 Lexus RH400H and even made new friends. Sayed received us, and was a gentleman throughout the process, patiently showing us car after car, and answering all the questions, with a big bright smile. Even in the office, they are all so nice. I then worked with John to secure financing at an amazing rate, bad credit and all. John has put in so much time to help me out and always made sure I was comfortable with the monthly payments.... I am amazed and feel very blessed to have landed in that car lot. Thank you everyone......
