Make sure to call in to place the order otherwise there is no guarantee that what you see on the website will be available after you finish your order. Once this happens the website should not allow you to continue and charge you for the order, otherwise you are left with an order number and a confirmation page telling you everything is fine and that the order went through however that is not guaranteed because their site does not update on the spot to tell you if someone has purchased that item while you were making the order. My conclusion is that the staff is not responsible enough when handling customer service matters because they just told me to contact the third party billing company that they use when I asked if I could get a refund. Proceed with Caution.

As a third generation owner of a 100 year old business, I understand a little bit about customer service. Gregory and the folks at Cypress Garden get the highest rating I can give. They went completely over and above and made sure my beautiful flowers made it to someone very special I was trying to sweep off her feet, even though I had given them the wrong address. Definite 5 Stars

Buyer beware, never ever buy flowers from this establishment. I ordered a funeral arrangement that never arrived. Cypress only excuse to me was that they delivered it they have a signature and I am sorry. I never received my flowers. If you want to gamble this horrible experience on such an important moment then buy from this place , if not stay away.
