I cant speak highly enough of the professionalism and customer service given to me by Barbara at the Blooming Gardens Flower Shop. I called in a panic the other morning because I realized that we had forgotten to order the flowers needed for a coworkers service later that day. I fully expected to hear that it would be impossible to order the flowers with just a few hours notice. But to my great surprise....Barbara not only assured me that she could have both arrangements there on time....she actually tracked down the address of where the flowers needed to be delivered to as well. The arrangements were beautiful and were delivered right on time as promised. I would highly recommend this team to anyone because service like this is rare to find these days....and needs to rewarded. Thank You for going above and beyond! Youll have my business from this day forward!

First off I am not the one to sit and write a negative review. But after seeing what my wife walked into the house with I had to sit down and type out my displeasure. I picked out the "Perfectly Purple" Bouquet for my wifes Birthday and it was everything but Perfect. First off the $30.00 premium upgrade was definitely highway robbery. Eight roses, four stems and four greens is not what i consider Premium upgrade nor an arrangement worth $110 dollars. I certainly would of hate to seen the arrangement had I not done the upgrade. This was HIGHWAY ROBBERY at its best not to mention the delivery was less than two miles. I am never shopping from Blooming Gardens ever again nor recommending this place to anyone. #badexperience

This florist is exceptional! Our family drove in from Atlanta and needed a standing sympathy bouquet and Blooming Gardens delivered EXACTLY what we wanted the next day, just as they said they would. When we were choosing the arrangement, we received prompt help and we were able to find just what we wanted right away. The transaction couldnt have gone any better; friendly, courteous service from real professionals. Please use this florist - they are A+.

I called Blooming Gardens this morning and the lady was just so sweet! They had my bouquet delivered two hours later and my grandmother was in tears. She and every one else just loved them. She said they smelt delicious. Hard to explain just smelt delicious. She also said everyone that she works with came by and had to smell as well. She could not stop talking about the flowers and the vase :) Thank you Blooming Gardens for making her day brighter!

We received a bouquet as a gift from someone who lived out of the area. The giver spent good money on an arrangement they would never see. The flowers showed up completely wilted. When we contacted the florist they said they knew exactly what we were talking about. As in, they knew they sent wilted flowers. They did exchange them for a very nice arrangement, but gave us attitude for returning the poor product.

As a resident of Palmetto Bay, I have received flowers and seen flowers sent to neighbors from Blooming gardens. The quality of the arrangements and the freshness of the flowers has always been excellent. I have been to the shop and I have seen some wonderful creations go out the door. I recommend Blooming Gardens highly and I consider them the best florist in the area.

Ive been dealing with Barbara for years in this community and she has never let me down. Her arrangements are beautiful, show up on time and fairly priced. Its hard to find a good florist that still takes pride in their work these days. I can vouch for Barbara the owner who does! If youve never used her shop, try her out. I promise you wont be disappointed!

Ordered flowers for my mom and another patient in a rehab unit. Called the order in from Ohio. Gave a general description and price range for what I wanted and let them do their stuff. My brother sent me a picture of the arrangements and they are stunning. The woman I talked to was delightful, very nice experience overall.

Great customer service. Very friendly. Also I ordered a wrist corsage for my sons prom date the day before the event and they were happy to make it for us. Even though it turned out beautiful my son wanted to change something about it and the florist was more than happy to make the quick change. It was perfect!

Best florist in town. I would not hesitate to call Barbara for all my special events. We just had her deliver flowers to our customers and they absolutely loved the arrangements . Ask about their fruit baskets! The customers loved the healthy snack.
