I went to place a flower arrangement order for my friends father that had passed away. I asked the young lady to show me what type of arrangements they had. She opened a book and showed me several options. I immediately told her that I had a budget of $60 dollars so she told me that a basket would be my best option. Shortly after she made a phone call and I heard her telling that person that I was placing an order for today to the Vista Memorial Funeral Home for a $65 dollar basket. When she hung up the phone I told her that we had agreed on $60 and she replied that "its $65 dollars with delivery and tax." I said ok and continued with the order as she was writing my name on the order form. She then rang up the order on the register and said to me "$69.75". I looked at her and said "excuse me?" She replied " tax and delivery." I told her that she had already told me it was $65 including said "tax and delivery" and she nodded her head and said "your getting a basket for a good price." I was obviously bothered by this price hike since she made a phone call so I turned around and told her that I would come back later. She then stopped me and asked me "so how much do you want to spend?" I told her "again" $60 was my budget but I was ok with the $65 in total. She smirked and said "ok." I should have just walked out like I initially started to but due to the circumstances I placed the order. She asked me what I wanted on the "card?" I replied "you mean the ribbon?" She said the ribbon is $10 dollars extra. Another lady soon after walked in and we began to talk about what to write as my condolences. The lady made a comment about the ribbon and how the colors would be different from the picture since its a man. I paid and assumed that the older lady would make sure that my order would be correct as the "young girl" had told me that she had only been working there for 3 months. At night when I attended my friends fathers funeral viewing I looked for the flowers that I had ordered. I finally found them on a desk away from the casket. All of the arrangements were by the casket and "all" of the arrangements had a ribbon except for mine. I was VERY disappointed that my arrangement looked like something that I would have sent to my wife. Also, the "card" on the arrangement was barley visible. This experience was unnecessary and I blame myself for not walking out when I should have. My intentions of sending flowers was to console my friend during this most difficult time. This business is not caring nor understanding what flowers really mean to someone.

I had ordered an flower arrangement that I though was perfect for my wife birthday, because it had the colors and flowers she like. I found out that she received a totally different one than the one I had requested. They did not consulted with me if I was in agreement with the change in order. I call back to find out the reason for their action and the answer was that the flowers I selected were not in season and the "internet did not know that". I am under the impression that the side of the arrangement delivered was smaller than the one previously selected, also the bace was clear instead of white as advertised in the other arrangement. It is my opinion changing an order without consulting with the customer can race suspicious that they are not honest and you will not received what it is advertised. I was told that the arrangement send was of more value that the one I had chosen at list in accordance with them. They missed the essence of their business. Flowers are not about money, but taste and message and they missed both. I am very disappointed with there services.

Wanted to send flowers for my brother in law who passed away, so I ordered a Peace Lily Plant, and I ordered it throughTeleflora, and I had the best experience, the flower Shop that made my arrangement was Hialeah Flower and I could not be Happier,being long distance is hard to find a good reliable flower Shop but they exceded my expectation, my sister loved the arrangement she says is beautiful, Barbara the delivery person was great she had to go back a second time because there was no one home, so she took the time to call and let me know, and also called me again when she finally delivered the arrangement. Thank you Barbara and Hialeah Flowers for making it a pleasant experience at times like these. I Highly recommend Hialeah Flowers and now I know where I can order flowers or plants for any ocasion when I need to. This is what I call awsome customer service.

Sonia and her daughter are very lovely. Very easy to work with and really cater to your needs. She did my absolutely beautiful arrangements for my bridal shower and wedding!!! For my bridal shower I had given her a picture of flowers I wanted and she made the arrangements even more beautiful!! For my wedding she made my arrangements exactly how I wanted. I couldnt believe how beautiful they were. Everyone kept telling me how unique and beautiful the centerpieces were. I absolutely recommend them!!

Spoke with Carina who confirmed my online order and was extremely nice and assured me that their floral arrangements are always very pretty and will be delivered in a reasonable timing. Ill update you when my mom updates me. Other than that I recommend everyone to call them or place your order directly to them rather than big company order like ftd proflowers. Always support your local businesses.

We bought $500 worth of flowers between my sister and I "buying sympathy flowers for my grandmothers funeral. Not only were the arrangements tiny in comparison to those of other flower stores, but many of the flowers werent even open. One of the sprays even had flowers falling off. We were definitely lied to and ripped off. I would never buy any flowers from this place, so upsetting.
