My very first experience with edible arrangements and it was a very bad one at that. I paid to get yelled at by the manager from the store after calling customer service and putting a complaint in about my delivery not making it to the specified day. I understand the driver was confused and couldnt find his way around because it was an unfamiliar area for him, I was being understanding. I called the woman taking care of me, Joanna, explaining to her that I was not happy with my service and the failure in the delivery. That was her opportunity to make it right, nothing happened. I called headquarters, they called the store, the franchise did nothing to make me whole. I did however receive the most pleasant of phone calls from the manager and accusing me of trying to fire his driver. I do not want to get anyone in trouble, I dont want anyone getting fired, times are tough and a job is hard to come by these days. I just wanted them to make it right, now Im ranting. The whole point is that the manager was being unprofessional, sarcastic, and unpleasant. P.S. The manager forced a refund when all I wanted was the arrangement delivered, so it was a refund out of spite. Worst experience ever.

I ordered an arrangement the other day to be delivered to my aunt for her retirement and the items they sent seemed to be old as if it was like the left overs of the day.the bananas were rotten and some of the fruits needed to be thrown away. Im really upset I spent over $100 for this arrangement. I will be contacting the store directly tomorrow morning.

I usually dont do reviews, but I have used their service 3 times so far, and they have been very helpfull and the people that I have sent these arrangements were very pleased. I sent one to my wife to her office on our anniversary and everybody enjoyed the gift with her during lunch, they loved it! Thanks

Bad customer service, rude staff. Called on the phone and told them that I was on the way. Arrived there 5 minutes before their closing time, the door was locked. They refused to open or complete the transaction.
