I have always enjoyed and valued going to FCB. However, this is the first time I visited this particular store as I was on lunch break and it was close to my work. I wanted to buy my son a cross necklace and the large gal with dark hair insisted questioning me about a member card that I didnt have before ringing up my purchase. After I got to my car, I decided to return to the store and purchase another so my son and I could have matching necklaces. At the register once again, there was a couple in front of me purchasing a bible as a gift. Again, the large gal with dark hair went over the inscription options for the bible even after they said it would be a gift their daughter was giving and they werent sure of the name. Then the sales person went over the stores bible app and all of its features. Even after the couple said they werent interested, she continued giving two different options of her sales pitch. Since I was on lunch break, I left the store without purchasing the second necklace. I believe there is a place for marketing products and informing the consumer, however I also believe the sales staff should be sensitive to the customers needs and stop pushing once the customer has indicated they are not interested. Ill get the other necklace at my neighborhood FCB.

Family Christian Bookstore is a nice place to find everything Christian. There is a wide variety of things for sale from books, CDs, and personalized Bibles. The store is on the smaller end and book choices are slightly limited. Despite that, this store still receives 4 stars because the workers are extremely friendly and helpful to cater to what you are looking for.

On my visit from Ca I can say this was a great store, very friendly staff, well maintained, and great atmosphere. Even though I wasnt able to find a specific bible in mind (because its been over 9 years ago of since its punishment) I was able to find an equal substitute. would recommend this store to anyone.

It can be rather pricey here. But they have a great selection of books and nice decor. They also have jewelry. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
