We went into The Car Store with a little bit of a hesitation, (after having a pretty negative experience at a different dealership, we put off our car buying for a few months). After leaving The Car Store, we were SO glad we decided to go in! The whole experience was such a positive one that we will definitely be back to purchase our next car!! We never felt pushed, or pressured, or felt as if we were being "sold" which is very rare when you go into any dealership. We asked to see inside quite a few different cars, and not once did we feel we were being bothersome. Daniel was awesome and very personable, which was refreshing. We got an awesome deal, and an even better car (for having very little credit established) and he even helped us find a cheaper car insurance plan than the one that we were using!! We are definitely spreading the word to everyone we know to check out The Car Store for their next purchase!

Run from this place. Worst car dealership you can imagine. Yes it looks nice butt a 2003 Buick LeSabre Complete lemon! The car was for my father and Daniel do this, who is disabled. I have had nothing but problems since buying it in September. Rack and pinion, heater blower motor, power steering pump, windshield wiper motor comma window motor, the list goes on and on. And when I told the annual he told me that I could bring it in for trade in value. The trade in value would be nothing because its all broken and a piece of junk! This was two months after I bought it. He would do nothing to help me and now Im stuck with this piece of junk. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Staff was courteous and friendly. Facilities were clean. Location was easy to find. Danny was able to answer most of questions and meet our needs. He made the transaction easy without pressure. However if you shop here make sure to get the WARRANTY! Within 1 week, the front wheel hub bearings on both sides needed to be replaced. No bearing warning such s as whirring or growling was noticed during the test drive. One day they seemed fine and the next there was a vibration that rivaled the after market exhaust. While the hubs were off, the tech also noticed that the right front axle threads were stripped. In all about $1000 in repairs!

Would not go here ever again. Very bad experience. They accused me of turning back the digital odometer on my truck before I brought it in. Which anyone with car experience knows is damn near impossible. I would have much rather been told that they did not want to take my vehicle in on trade than to be told that I had been tampering with the vehicle. This place is a joke. And I also have an eye witness to everything that happened. So dont try to get yourself out of this one. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Not worth shopping for a vehicle here. Horrible useless Warrantec Automotive warranty. Subaru service center found problem covered under warranty guidelines. And its being denied. Part installed improperly previously is supposedly the reason for denial. $1,500 out of pocket cost to repair vehicle. I have owned car less than 2 months before check engine light staying on and stalling. Dont expect much from warranty company.

This dealership is best grade around. They treated us with respect, allowed us to test drive several vans and were not pushy. At the end we bought a Signature Series Town and Country van at a great price. We loved the fact they provided a Carfax and that they were a better business bureau members. I will be going to "The Car Store" to see Danny when my daughter starts driving.

I worked with Danny and he helped us purchase a Honda Odyssey for a local family who needed a car. Danny was very nice and helpful, and even walked me through the steps of what we needed to do to gift the van. A month later, that family now is in full possession of the vehicle and they are very happy with it- they drove it over to visit yesterday and said its running great.

Ive never seen this kind of dealership before. they do not want to work with you. they just tell you to wait and that goes on for days until they tell you that they can not make the deal happen. in general, it is a crappy dealership, a parking lot not a dealership.

Friendly sales people. Great price on the car. Not too fond of the finance company they used but that is a separate entity. The car store even fixed a problem with my "new" truck with no hassle and no cost to me. Great place to buy a vehicle.
