If I could give these people negative 10 I would. THE WORST dealership EVER! They are unethical, rude, have no clue what they are doing. I have owned Chevy Trucks for 17 years, always went to GM for service and never had any issues with any other dealerships. This was the first time I have ever used Don McCue service department and this is THE last time I will ever put my foot in this place. They rip you off, their mechanics have no clue what they are doing, you come in with a perfectly functional vehicle and walk out with all sorts of problems you have not had before. They try to up sell you stuff you do not need for a fairly new vehicle that is serviced regularly at another GM dealership. I went here only because they are very close to my home and the place I buy my trucks and cars from is much further. Thinking all I needed is an oil change, which should be a walk in the park for them but OMG they have no clue what they are doing or they purposely break your vehicle so they can charge you more and get you to do all kinds of a service you didnt need before. I was sent home with very unsafe vehicle, they took it upon themselves to do a tire rotation which I didnt ask for and it was already done last time I changed oil at another GM. They broke the censer on all 4 tires and than claimed there was nothing they could do to fix it. They tried to sell me an additional $400 worth of service that another dealership service manager laughed at and said I dont need any of it. When I asked for what they have done to my vehicle fixed before I drive off I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Are you kidding me? My car has warranty, only has 35K miles on it, and this problem didnt exist before they touched it. Needless to say I still paid my bill and asked their service manager to not speak to me again as I was upset instead he threw service paper work in my face, yelled with waving his hands in the front of my face, and slammed the door shaking the entire waiting room. I drove straight to another GM dealership and they fixed the problem in a matter of 30 minutes. They literally laughed at Don McCue mistake and explained why it was not functioning which was 100% Don McCue mechanics fault. STAY AWAY from this dealership they will cause issues to your vehicle, blame it on you, and sell you more stuff you dont need. While waiting I spoke to another customer who happen to buy a vehicle from them and she stated they are dishonest, unethical, and sold her services on a car with 7K miles she did not need. She was looking to leave that place as well. How do they stay in business? Seriously, find yourself a better place to buy and service your vehicle, they are not worth your time or money. Unless you love paying for stuff you dont need and ok to allow uneducated and untrained mechanics touch your vehicle than its a place for you. And not to mention severely rude service personnel including their service manager. Not one of them apologized to me for their misbehavior even though I called and they had a chance. I cannot wait for GM servery to arrive in my email box, I will make sure to complete it fully with what they deserve, which is ONLY negative! I have never in my life been treated by anyone the way I have been treated by this dealership. HORRIBLE to say the least!

I have had several bad experiences visiting this dealership and would suggest you not waste your time. First time visiting this establishment was in 07 and they did not have any cars in my price range (2-3k). A few days later I get a call saying they have a car I may be interested in. On arriving, they have no cars in my price range except for one at the very back of their lot. The car was a complete junker; the paint job was destroyed, the driver-side door was nearly rusted through and to top it off three of the tires were completely flat. The only thing the salesman said was, we will fill up the tires before you leave, at which I laughed uncontrollably- although he was being fully serious. He told me to wait there while he checked to see if they had any other cars in my price range (they will just tell you they have the cars you are looking for to get you in) and I left without seeing him again. Fast forward to the end of 09 and Im in the market for a car again. They had a lot of very low priced cars from some sort of promotion they had been doing the weekend before (around the time cash for clunkers was going on). A car caught my eye for around 2.5k but it was really just the nicest car they had in my price range. The salesman was very aggressive trying to push this car on me and eventually brought the manager over to tell me he could take 300 off the cars sticker sale price. He starts the car for me to see how it runs and they check engine light stays on, although I didnt say anything about it at first. We take a test drive and after about five minutes of him boasting the car I ask him about the check engine light. He replies that it just came on (although it was never off) and that the service department would look at it (after b***s****ing me that all their cars go through a whatever point inspection) . When we get back to the dealership the salesman talks to the person responsible to used sales and tells me he can drop ~600 off their sale price if I purchase it that night. I tell him Ill sleep on, to have the service department look over the car, and call me when he has the results. Calls me the next morning to tell me that the car was totaled due to the amount of repairs needed. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.

Went here to check out a truck I was very interested in. I made a couple calls and spoke to someone there. She gave me a certain price OTD and my wife and I decided to go take a look and possibly purchase the truck. We arrived and things started off okay. Salesman was polite, answered questions and acted as if he were my good friend. Test drive went fine, so I said "ok lets sit down and talk numbers". We waited a while, as he had to go talk to his sales manager to get the "best" price out the door. They came back and the price was almost $36,000 for a truck posted at $31,900. I told him this was ridiculous as the truck was a basic LT model with little bells and whistles. This was all written in a marker by the way...he wanted my signature saying I would purchase then and there. It was as a switch flipped after I said we could talk numbers. He became irritable, argumentative and made my wife and I very uncomfortable. He gave us a minute to discuss and we opted to walk due to discomfort. When we told him we were going to research more and we would contact them, he blocked our passage out using his body and continued to push me to understand his pricing. I let him finish. He then walked to his sales manager and told him why we were walking away. Sales manager decided to chime in and was rude. Made me feel stupid about an analogy involving finding my keys. He wanted to know why we were walking. My wife had walked out at this point with my 2 month old daughter out of frustration. I told him that my wife and I had an agreement on the price because we are a team. I then said "thank you for your time, I know its valuable. Ill be in contact". He continued to pursue telling me a loan term is "just a number" to lower my monthly payment. I then repeated what I said before and walked out. As I left, I heard the sales manager say "You wanna know the real reason he wont buy, hes *****-Whipped". I felt like I was in a movie. Unprofessional and uses unrealistic numbers to get you in the door. Avoid.
