When I was looking for a premium used car, I shopped all around the Chicago-land area. I went to a LOT of dealerships and drove a LOT of cars. However, I kept finding myself coming back to Prestige Imports in St. Charles. They have a diverse inventory of cars ranging from $8,000 to $40,000 and have new used cars to choose from seemingly daily. My struggle with the big dealerships is that the sticker price on the car includes paying for the majestic entrance, the marble floors, and the expensive suits. I dont care about the experience; I want the best car at the best price. Prestige offers this in spades. Anthony was a big help as I navigated a few different cars and asked a few questions, and then Jeff (who actually runs their autoshop) was equally awesome as he ended up staying late to help me close on the BMW I purchased. And he helped get me a second key! Great experience all around, and Im glad I did business with Prestige. Highly recommended.

I was nervous about driving 4 hours to get a car that I found online at Prestige Imports. I spoke with Brian over the phone several times, and he did a "walk around" on the vehicle for me and checked everything as I requested. He was extremely courteous and honest, and when I arrived to look at the car, it was just as he explained. There was only a slight dilemma, the door lock on the driver side was malfunctioning. We discovered this after we had agreed on a price. Before I could ask for a discount, Brian gave me a $100 bill, and apologized for the inconvenience. He also gave me the part number for the door lock actuator, and the price on the part was only $22. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism of the staff. Nobody was pushy, and everybody was honest. Thank you Brian especially, for making my car buying a unique and friendly experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I would not buy a car here. They are crooks and liars. I had to fight with them to replace brakes that they claimed had 3mm of pad left. There was no pad. Tires had to be replaced even though they said there was a year left. They were worn so badly, they wouldnt last a year. 2 weeks after buying my car I had to replace the front wheel bearings. 2 weeks after that, I found out my torque converter is going out and I need a trans rebuild. If you want to spend a fortune in repairs after buying a car, then by all means go here. Otherwise stay far away. The sale rep I dealt with (Anthony) was very condescending and overall had a cocky attitude. Their inspections are subpar at best. Although I would say nearly nonexistent. There is no way they didnt know of these issues when putting the car up for sale.

As others said, Prestige is very casual and low pressure. However, as others have noticed, they are either incompetent at inspecting vehicles or selective about what they fix and dont communicate this to their sales team. The car I was looking at had new brakes and a new front axle, but needed over $2000 worth of repairs in the same location of the car (leaving me to wonder how they missed it). Codes were wiped and the car made some bad noises. Glad I had it inspected before buying. Still wanted the car if they could adjust their already high asking price, but they never got back to me even after I called them. TLDR: they either dont inspect the cars well or dont disclose everything and they set high asking prices. Always get the car looked at before buying.

I bought my 9-3 saab 2008 from there, drove all the the way from racine, wi. I believe Eric sold it to me and was so cool and not pushy. When i got there they were closed and werent opening for 30 minutes but he was out there and came up to me and ask me if i needed help. I told him i could wait until they opened and he said it was cool and gave me the keys after checking my license. He let me test drive it solo and gave me some quick tips on where to go. Test drive went awesome and bought without questioning it. I wish dealers were like this everywhere. I went to a few other dealers which turned out to be crooks. Its been almost 4 months since i got the car and will buy my next car from there again!

1.Bought a vehicle same week had to get it fix 400.00 the check engine light was on and the codes they gave me didnt match up to what was wrong with the car. 2. gave them a post dated check that they cashed before they were suppose to. called to speak with sales person and never received a call back. i called there again and explained what happened to someone else and no call back. and then the 3rd call i was told it was a mistake on depositing the check and they tried to call me back but there was no vm on my cell phone the owner was so sorry. I felt the OWNER should have called since it was his fault and his business. Not good customer service ..conclusion no wouldnt buy another car

I searched the internet for a good deal on a used Infiniti QX56, and came across Prestige Imports in St. Charles, IL. After talking to Brian on the phone, I decided to drive 3.5 hours from Indianapolis to check out the truck. The truck was in excellant shape and Brian was very helpful. I received a fair price on my trade, and on the QX56 I purchased. They even let my mechanic check out the truck when I returned home, and he said it was in great shape! Eric, the owner of Prestige Imports, was also very helpful and professional. IF YOURE IN THE MARKET FOR A USED CAR, PURCHASE FROM PRESTIGE IMPORTS!!

I made a last minute stop here after being disappointed in what I found at a local franchise dealer (dirty car, high pressure salesman). The environment at Prestige Imports is great. Its as nice and clean as a large franchise shop, but casual and low pressure. Brian was friendly and very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the car and quickly provided the Carfax before letting us get out and test drive it. Not much negotiating for us to do because the prices are really fair. We drove away with a spotless car inside and out. Our experience was great and I certainly recommend it.

I found several cars that fit my budget. The sales staff was very professional, helpful and knowledgable. I bought a car and it has performed well. Shopping first on their website has hassle free--I could view the cars from many angles, see the recorded mileage, features, and price--easy site to navigate. No pressure from the sales person, fair prices when compared with blue book--I highly recommend Prestige Imports--the name does NOT say it all--they have many US brands as well--what I bought was a Buick.

I bought a 350z from Eric at Prestige Imports almost a year ago. I am very satisfied with the quality of service at Prestige! You guys rock. Sales were low pressure, Eric answered all of my questions without a fuss. I got a solo test drive, and no hassle during sale or pickup. During my evaluation of the vehicle, I asked if I could view the under side of the vehicle on the lift in their garage. No problem! I keep my eye on their inventory and have recommended them to my family and friends. Keep it up guys!
