St. Charles Toyotas Pre-Owned Center is a model for how car buying should be. During our search for a used vehicle, we encountered several "high-pressure" sales, where dealerships tried to sneak in hidden costs while attempting to convince us the monthly payment would be lower than our trade-in. Adrian worked with us and was forthcoming with all of the details in the process. The no-haggle pricing made the decision simple: either buy or continue shopping. Both Adrian and Isreal were wonderful and patient as we weighed our options against another vehicle. Ultimately, we decided to purchase our vehicle from them, and the experience could not have been any smoother. Even if we had decided to select another vehicle, we could not say enough about how fantastic the staff and entire process was. We highly recommend St. Charles Toyotas Pre-Owned Center.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience here. Our credit was an issue at other places we tried in the area but the guys here helped/worked with us over the course of three days and ended up getting us an awesome deal that fit our budget plan. Customer service is very clearly the focus here. We were never pressured into anything like at other used car lots. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car come here first and avoid the headache that all other places caused in the area. We can not thank them enough for the brilliant costumer service. I plan on recommending them to any family/friends that need a car in the future. My first experience with salesmen that left me smiling rather than pulling out my hair.
