I recently purchased a 2008 Pontiac G6 from the Holiday Automotive here in Fond du Lac, WI and I couldnt be happier with my experience! I had been looking around for a while to find a dealership that would give me a good trade-in price for my old vehicle, a 2002 Ford Mustang. Every other place I visited said I wouldnt get more than $5,000 for it, but Holiday offered me $6,500! I knew my mustang was a great car so I was pleased that a dealership finally saw that too! The salesperson I worked with, Todd Steenberg, was extremely helpful in knowing what vehicles they had, both at the budget center and their other location across the street. I told him what I was looking for and we were able to find the Pontiac that I now absolutely love. But the reason Im really writing this review is because Todd and his team truly went above and beyond what my expectations were. I worked with Clint Kieler in finance and, even though I was on a time crunch to get to work, he was able to get me a loan with a good interest rate and a monthly payment I can afford. Last, but by NO MEANS least, I had brought $2000 in cash for a down payment on whichever car I chose. However, somewhere in the midst of everything $100 of it went missing. I looked everywhere but couldnt find it. I was pretty bummed, but I figured there was nothing I could do. Then, as Todd and I were about to head back across the street to the Holiday Budget Center, Vice President Bill Agnew stopped us. Todd had told him about my missing money because he felt bad and Bill promptly offered me a $100 gift card as compensation. I was SHOCKED. I felt so cared for by the entire staff already and for someone as important as Bill to give his time and money just to help me out was simply amazing. My overall experience at this dealership was exponentially better than any other dealership Ive ever visited. I would highly recommend Holiday Automotive to anyone who wants an both an incredible experience and a great deal!

Dont know where to start LOL! I got a new job in Milwaukee and live in FDL. I was on the job 1 week when my 97 Honda Civic had an engine failure. Talk about poor timing!! Right before Xmas and no money for a new car. I was laid off for 11 months and found this job making excellent money, then my car goes down!!! Are you kidding me!!!??? My wife bought a car from Holiday 5 years ago before we were Married. When she was Pregnant with our child, she was hit head on and spent 3 months in the Hospital. I dont think I need to tell you what that did for our credit! She suggested we try Holiday to get a reliable car to get me back and forth to work. Apprehensively, I had her fill out the online credit app. They said they could help, we picked out a car online to test drive and set up an appointment. I test drove a BRAND NEW Chevy Sonic and loved it! I was sure they would switch me to their Budget lot or want ALOT down for this car due to our Credit situation. Contrary, Chuck our Salesman was nothing short of awesome, and Clint the Business Manager made the Financing happen with NOTHING down AND a good interest rate!!I thought my back was against the wall and would have to settle for another used car that you have to wonder if it will live long enough to pay for it....even if I got approved for a used car!!! Thanks to Chuck AND Clint, I got a BRAND NEW vehicle that has given me piece of mind going to work to feed my Family!! My wife and I did on-line research for an extended period of time. After selecting several vehicles that interested us we visited various dealer lots on a Sunday. We then decided upon two dealerships. Our first sales meeting was with a salesman at Holiday Auto of Fond du Lac, WI. Our first contact was with a new salesman. We were impressed with his knowledge that he has gained in a short period of time. What impressed us the most was his honesty when he did not know an answer. But he was, eventually, able to produce answers to all of our questions. He had significant assistance from the Sales Manager. Between the two gentlemen handling the purchasing we felt totally comfortable committing ourselves to a specific vehicle. Every aspect of the event went smoothly; there was never any pressure; and we were satisfied with the eventual lease. So we never did get to the other dealership. We have always felt like we were "taken" some way or another in all of our other vehicular purchases. That may not be accurate but it was how we felt. However, this time we feel that we went through the process with friends...not competing entities. The owner of the dealership can be very proud of his success over the years. He has constructed a clean, honest, happy, fair, and friendly environment. Congratulations to everyone involved in this procedure.

I was in search of a 2008 Chevy Malibu, I just happened to come across the Holiday website and fell in love with one in specific. I called and it was still available, and scheduled a test drive 2 days later. When I got there, someone had already put a deposit down and inside I felt so sad....yes I know its just a car but it was the one that I wanted! BUT! Denise Sabel was the wonderful sales lady who helped me out. We still looked around a a few others but none of them stole my heart like the Chevy. Later on that day, I got the call and said the person backed out!! Thanks to Denise I was able to come back the next day and buy it! Im thankful for Denise for keeping me in mind while running around during her busy day. She is awesome to work with, very upbeat, personable,funny and super easy to get a long with. Not pushy like most other sales people. Almost like a family member looking out for your best interest. She stayed with me to the very end, and hooked up my satelite radio and Onstar with me, and just spent a lot of time going through every little detail about my car. I would defintely plan to buy more cars from Holiday in the future. I actually was also referred to them through my parents, they bought a Mazda from Holiday a few years ago and they say the same things. A+ for my car shopping and buying experience.

Took car in this week for "express" service for an oil change. There was no one waiting when we got to the shop, and we pulled right up to the yellow line, as requested. One Hour and 10 Minutes later, and our "express" oil change was completed! This experience was bad from start to finish. The service guy who filled out the paperwork for the oil change, wrote up the service request, and didnt bother to ask me first what type of oil I wanted - somehow just assumed Id put cheap oil in my 2012 Acadia. After the oil change, we went to look for the car, and were told that it was being washed. What a nice thing to do, or so we thought. When the car was brought around to the front of the shop, the young man who exited our vehicle, did so with a can of Coke and a bag of chips! And come to find out, the radio station on our car was changed - where did the car go for a car wash, that someone had time to turn the radio on AND change the station? As for the car wash, whoever did it needs a refresher...the inside windshield was filthy, spotty and smeared. Dangerous and dirty. And, no one bothered to reset the oil change light. For what you charge for this "express" oil change, these little things need to be done, and done right. And no employee should EVER, get out of a customers vehicle carrying a snack.
