Dear Brian, I’m happy to write a review of your service. When I got my Tesla S85D back in March, I did a lot of research into the various protective films and local dealers who could apply them. After reading widely, one of the things I did was to call to talk to the people at the Xpel factory. They were extremely helpful and patient in teaching me about protective films in general, about their product, and the various things to look for in an installer. And when I asked whom they would recommend as an installer in the Chicago area, their immediate answer was "Go with Autosmart. They have a pristine installation environment and you will know that the car is going to be absolutely perfect before it goes under the film”. I am very glad I took their advice. The result is a beautiful, deep finish, with not a single imperfection that I can detect. From start to finish, Brian was great to work with, answering all my questions in great detail. He even picked up and delivered the car, traveling over an hour each way. Overall, working with AutoSmart couldn’t have been better. A great interaction, and a great product. Where other car salesman may have tried to take advantage of my situation, Brian provided me with a stress-free car buying experience. He was attentive to my needs and wants in a new vehicle and was willing to work within my budget limits. I never felt pressured at any stage of the process. He will find you the car you want (new or used), in great condition, and at the price you want! I dont think I will ever purchase another car from anywhere else BUT AutoSmart!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brian at AutoSmart! He made the buying experience for my wife and I WAY EASIER!! We used his concierge service in the purchase of 2 new vehicles, where he finds the exact vehicle you want, does all the negotiations for you, gets a great deal on your trade, sets up the financing, and all we had to do was show up, sign, and drive away in our new ride!! Found out I had to drive girls several girls to Homecoming the day before the dance. AutoSmart fit me in at the last minute and did a beautiful job on my Honda Pilot. I have lots of kids + 2 dogs +1 horse so it was pretty messy and not ideal for girls in their new Homecoming dresses. AutoSmart did a fantastic job and I think my car looked just as good as the day I bought it from the dealership. Prices were very reasonable and everyone I talked to was nice.

I got my car detailed in hopes of selling it privately. Brian got a hold of me and asked me if I was interested in selling it through them on consignment. I was hesitant at first simply because I had never heard of this before. Im glad I did it, because less than a week after we agreed, Brian got the car sold for well more than I was going to ask for. I had Brian detail inside and out of my Jeep Liberty. I have had my Jeep for 13 years, and kids. Needless to say stains all over the seats. I didnt think he could get the seats clean, he proved me wrong. My jeep looks like new, inside and out. I also had window tinting done and an awesome job was done on that as well! Brian and his crew tinted the windows on my 2015 Chrysler 300S. The rear window was especially difficult due to manufacturing changes with the defrost lines.
