2 years ago, my very first car started showing signs of it being time to junk it. With the help of Carrs mechanic and wheels and deals, we found my second car. They refused to give it to me without making sure that the car was in top shape. The car was on the older side, so they put all new parts under the hood to last me at least 2 years of use. Then sold me the car at a great price considering what was just done to it. Just this past month, that car started giving out on me as well. Considering I am 19 and commuting via tollway to work and school 6/7 days a week, the very first thing on my mothers mind was my safety. Again, wheels and deals acted as if I was part of their family and took my moms request into mind. Along with a few other nit picks, it soon came down to three cars. Wheels and deals made sure that we knew about each and every one of them, and finally we decided. I got a car for the best price, it came with low mileage for its age, and before they let me take it home, they again fixed anything that was considered a hazard or warning. All in all, I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nonbullshitter dealer. One who wont throw you under the bus and say oh thats just a bug it can last another so long and then the car craps out on you. Frank and Brandon care about each of their customers and take care of them and their needs and requests. Even if it means searching for months and dealing with calls 24/7 from people like my mom and I haha. Good prices for their cars, they choose whats seen fit for the car not their company. Their website lets you know whats in their lot. If its online, and you are interested, call right away. Chances are the car wont be there after 3 days because it was sold! While the customer service is very good. I am SERIOUSLY unhappy about our purchase. Let me tell you it ran well when we test drove it, everything worked mostly, and nothing was leaking, no problem. So we bought it for $4500. In April of 2012. We brought it home and not a week into it, the hoses were leaking, took it back and they fixed that. (be reminded we bought a 99 GMC Jimmy 4X4 as it would be a great winter vehicle). November 1st, 2012-- the transmission was out- $2500 to get that fixed the following Feb. 2013. It ran for literally a week and the fuel pump went out so we got that fixed in early March for $800. So literally November 2013 -- the fuel pump goes out AGAIN! So its down THE SECOND WINTER we have it. Once again we get it fixed for another $1200. Its broken down YET AGAIN with a completely bad rear differential and has to be replaced. It was estimated at another $1500. I dont have the money to put into this POS. Im stuck with this piece of CRAP because I dont have the money to pay it off! I will NEVER again buy a car from you. And I totally understand you dont know what can happen-- but you sold us a complete pile of crap. Its terrible. Never AGAIN!

When my son, who was in the Marines at the time, needed a vehicle I talked to Frank. He knew we needed something reliable as my son was stationed at 29 Palms Marine Base in California. This is an area that is all desert and mountains. He showed us a Jeep Cherokee that seemed to be perfect. He made sure that everything was working and went over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure he wouldnt have any issues when he got back to California. My son and I drove it together across country to his home right after Christmas. Its now 3 years later and it is still running great. Amazing how time flies. Frank was very concerned about making sure he got us a good vehicle and seemed proud that he was helping a young Marine out. I was in that vehicle just last week during a visit. 220,000 miles and going strong. We even took it off-roading in the mountains. We called Frank from the road just to let him know. Been a resident of Crystal Lake for over 15 years and I have FINALLY found a trust-worthy car dealership!It can be very stressful and scary when it comes to purchasing a car. Most people are intimidated by the sales staff because they are afraid of feeling pressured into buying. Here at Wheels N Deals they dont pressure you into making any decisions and really respect each customers situations. My experience at Wheels N Deals was amazing! The reason I made my choice to go here was because they are a local family owned business, which I personally always like to support because they are the backbone of our community. When I arrived there I met one of the managers Brandon. My first impression of him was great, he provided excellent customer service and made me feel really comfortable. When showing me around he respected my budget by only showing me the cars within my budget, which I was impressed (most car dealerships always start showing higher prices). When it came down to talking price, he definitely took care of me. Great cars, people, and atmosphere!

Im a huge supporter of small businesses in my community, and Wheels N Deals really breaks the mold of the negative Auto Industry stereotypes. They were very fair with my trade in, in fact I may or may not have gotten the better part of a deal with my broken down Hyundai. Brandon is not a typical care salesman. Hes a professional business manager who maintains an outstanding balance between focusing on profitability of the company, as well as customer satisfaction. He is a very genuine, hard working family man with a great attitude. Being a business manager myself, it pleases me to know that there is still a spark of sincerity in the Auto Industry. Frank was also very patient and helpful in my delays with my bank as well, and super friendly over the phone. I finally drove off the lot in my "New to me" Camry and I absolutely love it. Runs great and was super maintained by Wheel N Deals as well as the previous owner. I wish Wheels N Deals the best of luck in the future, and I am excited to see this companys success!

What an outstanding dealership! I unfortunately am writing this under my sons google, as I dont have one. Our family purchased three vehicles within a month from Frank and Brandon. I am sure that I do not have enough room to write all the positives on these two people. I left this dealer with what I felt was a fair and fantastic deal on all three cars. They were honest and steered us away from cars that they did not feel would suit our children and they were patient and kind with all of my phone calls in regards to a small issue with one of the vehicles. They stood behind their vehicles and not only addressed the issue, but went over and above when dealing with the issue. I will never purchase a used vehicle anywhere else. Here there is none of that car dealership anxiety when you pull into the lot. Truly an excellent experience. Other area dealers would do well to follow these two gentlemens example of what a family friendly car dealership should be like. Thanks for the great cars!!!!!!!!!!!!
