This location just lost my business for good. Made a grooming appointment for my dog today, called 35 minutes before my appointment with a question which then led to me turning around and going 30 minutes out of my way when I already live 30 minutes from there. We arrive and the person that greets us is very rude then proceeds to tell me that the groomer we were scheduled with called in sick and they cant groom my dog today. Furious is an understatement. I will not be going back for anything.

Petsmart is a great pet store. It is extremely clean, and the people are always smiling. (how could you not smile when you work with dogs and cats all day!!) I especially appreciate the fact that they are paired up with Cara, a Baton Rouge based adoption agency. I adopted my last cat from them, and he is a great cat. Though, he believes he is a dog!!! I used the restrooms one time, and they were sparkling clean. People, please, adopt a pet!

Brought my Princess Layla in to get groomed as usual but got something a lil different this time. I was observing the groomer witjy poodle and she was so good with my dog. When I came in to check my dog in she was happy and helpful with making suggestions and giving me some wonderful ideas. My Princess and I was well pleased and satisfied. We will be back. Brought my Pomeranian in to get mats cut out. He is 15 and never been groomed before. They told me he was a difficult case but instead of calling us to come get him, they butchered his mane taking a huge gouge out of one side and leaving the other side long.NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG There to be groomed. They are very inexperienced !!!

I adopted a rescue black lab through this PetSmart and it was great experience. They partner with a local organization named CARA who has been great to deal with. As part of the adoption process, PetSmart gave us coupons for free dog food.

My dogs favorite toy was not on the shelf. Manager ordered some on the spot and had some delivered to my home. My dogs are very pleased with their customer service!

Good one spot stop for pet supplies and food. I find their premium dog foods quite pricey though. Most of the local owned feed stores beat them on the prices.

Grooming did a great job with my Husky/German Shepard mix - his coat is great and the shedding has reduced tremendously.
