Every time I go in Beau acts like a jackass and puts me on another employee, like he doesnt want to deal with me or my friends. He doesnt look at us when we talk to him the only time he acknowledges us is when we walk through the door and thats it. He doesnt talk with respect and answers our question with an answer that has anything to do with what we asked. For the most part the ladies are very nice but dont have the info that he does that I need. I wouldnt mind spending X amount of dollars if I was given information or a little customer service when I walked in and asked about an item. I will never go back there again.

I have nothing but awesome things to say about the staff and store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering pets/supplies is a breeze. I even got a phone call when my Khuli Loaches and snails arrived. They have a wide variety of dog and cat/ other pet supplies but it seems they lean more toward the fish and reptiles. No complaints here. My 55 gal tank loves and thanks Pet Planet USA!!!

I have several tanks with rats, fish and reptiles and I wont go anywhere else. There is no need to go to several stores because they have it all. Plus if you are looking for something in particular they can order it. Bo in aquatics is top notch!! Prices are comparable to the other pet stores and they always have sales.
