This place is sooo good at what they do no wonder they keep expanding. The groomers are all very experienced and very good at grooming all types of dogs, from teacup yorkies to standard poodles, they are always on top of what they are doing. And they customer service up front is excellent. They know what they are talking about and if they dont then they can find someone who does. I would definitly recommend this place for all of your grooming & boarding needs. And the good part is that they carry all kinds of fish, small animals, birds, and even reptiles. They are the one stop shop for anybody who has a pet.

Avoid this place. The staff is unfriendly and downright rude. The store is cramped, dirty and has a weird stale smell. When we picked our dogs up from a couple days boarding one was SOAKING wet... not with water but with URINE. They were also kind enough to give us one of the blankets which was also soaked with URINE. Did I mention that the staff of this place were unfriendly and rude? Once again, there are much better options for a pet store and kennel than this place. Youve been warned!

I have been to A PET SALON several times (at least 5) to get my dog groomed and am never 100% satisfied. I ALWAYS tell them to trim my dogs tail and face super short, and it never gets done. One time I picked him up and I told them that I would like it shorter and they told me that I would have to come back another day to get that done!!! I never went back after that. Also the cleanliness of the place is not too pleasing. I would not recommend this place.

Had a bad experience-I spoke to them on the phone to set the appointment, and my husband brought in our toy poodle and bull terrier (like the target dog). The poodle had a simple teddy bear cut. She is groomed regularly, and anyone would look at her and know how to cut her. However, we got her back and they had shaved her all over except her head top knot and tail pom pom. Unbelieveable!! No one told them to shave her! We will never go back.

We have been bringing our Pekes here for years. You do have to make sure you communicate clearly what you want and have it repeated back to you on the correct card or it will end up in a hair mishap. Other than that, it has been a good experience with a friendly staff. Glad the salon is staying open since the pet store is closing.

We find the service is not as good as in the past. Seems to be run by young people that dont care about the customer or service or the business for that matter....sad... we do like the groomer whom we always asked for....but the bad desk service has us not going back....they have now lost us as a customer

Has everything, grooming, boarding and supplies for sw fish, employees are very nice and helpful. prices of grooming my dog would be 45 dollars there price is 36. also helped me find a vet in area.

Brought my pup here and they took great care of him. Did his nails, washed him and cleaned his teeth. Very happy with this place. Will be going again.
