I love Petsmart. I would not consider bringing my dog anywhere else for her supplies and grooming. The new store in Denham Springs, Louisiana is one of the best I have ever been in. It is always clean and in order every time I go. The managers are friendly and always ready to help. Bret in the salon has been grooming one of my dogs, and she does a fantastic job. The salon manager Lindsey, is very personable, and is always willing to help.

The best service from any franchise pet store. They are extremely knowledgeable about the pets. The grooming department is the best. its the only place I bring my dogs to be groomed. They are so nice and gentle to my dogs, in fact my dogs get excited to go.

Brit is great with Murphy. Employees genuinely like pets in my experience which is unfortunately not always a given in pet shops. At my PetSmart in Denham Springs there is genuine interest and affection.
