Staff at the Dardenne Prairie store is SO knowledgable. The manager really helped me understand the difference in quality from various pet food manufacturers. I cant say enough about how much the staff knows their products and can help find you the exact items to meet your pets needs. This is a rarity in the corporate pet store world. A real find - right in my own neighborhood! Highly recommended - especially for their selection and knowledge of high quality pet foods and treats. Best selection of healthy, organic, raw, and holistic based pet foods you can find in St. Charles County without having to order on line.

Waited for over 15 minutes for a single employee to arrive to gather fish, there was no one in sight other than 1 cashier and two individuals with the dog grooming center, and 2-3 other customers in the store. Called to speak to a manager about the problem and laughed that Im taking my business elsewhere. I definitely will not return.

This is a good store. The guys/gals working there are pet people. They have great knowledge and are really friendly. Though this store is a little smaller than some of their competitors, they have what you need and the staff is worth going for because of their professionalism and their knowledge.

We LOVE PetCo grooming! We have been taking our 2 bulldogs for almost a year now, and both my husband and I are SO impressed with how thorough and careful the staff is with the dogs. Our favorite staff members are Tyler and Kayla. They are so great at what they do!

Sarah in grooming is very good with our dogs and listens to us and cuts them like we want . If she doesnt cut my shitzus eyes as short as I want she will take him back and fixes it right away, only happened 2x and we have been going there for years
