I am so upset. I bought a corn snake from them last Thursday, whom they claimed was "Very aggressive". The corn snake did bite me multiple times, so I went ahead and fed him/her the next day. After he/she ate we had no problems. Ive held the snake, and so have 4 others including a toddler. No problems at all. This snake was literally STARVING. I have never ever in my life seen a snake demolish its food so quickly. It didnt even hesitate. And today, I fed him/her again, and she took his/her time like a well fed snake should eat. And when I called today to ask when the last time the snake ate before I bought him/her, he didnt really seem to know when. He could not give me a straight answer at all. Oh, and on top of that, they had no idea what the gender was when I purchased the snake. Wow, very under- educated people working in the animal department. So, to sum this all up, I am beyond disgusted. You do not EVER skip a snakes meal. And you need to learn to socialize the snake so someone will actually buy him/her. Luckily I came along and saved the poor baby. On a side note, Kathy, the dog trainer is AMAZING. She definitely helped me and my dog, Cleo, get where we are today. Cleo has made so much progress, and I definitely give Kathy a lot of credit for that. I swear, she has to be a dog whisperer. Because back then, Cleo did not like anybody! But she definitely learned to like Kathy. If I ever come back to this location, it would be to see Kathy.

We had always bought supplies for our fish tanks here. But, after today I will NEVER set foot in a petco again!! I went to find 1 item that the website said they had and could not find it. I could barely get to the fish aisles because on the "vetco clinic." It took 15 min to find someone to help we and she said they dont have it and she couldnt order it. So, to make it a not wasted trip we went to look at the fish and they had several fish under "observation" and several other tanks with dead fish in them. When I asked what was going on with there fish I was told "I dont know we dont have time to take care of the fish. So, I called customer service and they sent a message to the manager to contact me. When Deanna (the manager) contacted me she told me that I should not have come this week because they had cheap vaccinations today and no time to take care of the fish. Very dissappointed!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE ANY PETS OTHER THAN DOGS OR CATS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM!!!

This place is a flipping joke. Looked up some products I needed online for my puppy. The onliine prices were marked $9.99 for a flea spray and $14.99 for flea pills. They wanted to charge me 5 times the price in store $25 for the spray and $50 for the pills. The lady said she couldnt match the online price. Not to mentioned I waited for a cashier for at least ten minutes just standing there in an empty lane feeling stupid. She even saw me walk over to check out. I guess if you need anything for your pet you will 1. Find it cheaper online. And 2. Not get terrible customer service. If something is discounted onlikne it should be the same price in store. Its crazy to me that online a product was marked down 70% but still full price in store. Not a happy customer. And I usually dont take the time to write reviews.

I come here for my cats newtsand snails food treats and supplies all the time! They practically know me here. Only thing I dont like is when theres a whole mess of dogs here (especially big ones) and theyre all barking and running around. That freaks me out being an introvert cat person. But I love the variety of canned food for my cats so it makes it worth the trip!

Very helpful and friendly staff in the store! And our dogs groomer that day, Karen, did an excellent job! She took care of him like he was her own, and made him feel very comfortable!!

I bought 6 fish 5 Neon Tetras and 1 Common Pleco as soon a I got home 1 Tetra was dead now 2 days later my Pleco is dead disappointed and sad to see them go so soon.
