Margaret is awesome! She is always thorough and explains everything in simple language. However, the vet my cats and I saw tonight was terrible. She had no bedside manners, asked me what my cats were there for, poked my older cat with three shots without telling me what they were, asked which cat was on the table after I already told her. asked if the older cat was getting neutered as well tomorrow, etc. next time I will be requesting Margaret.

I could not have asked for more. We have a Parrot that needed care and they did great. The whole staff was good to use and our parrot. Even had follow up calls. We now go there regularly.
