It couldnt possibly have been a more pleasurable experience for me! I destroyed my 09 F-150 in a collision on Friday evening 10/14, and not being able to be without a truck, I spent the next morning online reviewing the inventories of the 4 area Ford dealers. Kindle was the only one which had in stock the exact truck I wanted, so by mid-afternoon I had decided to take a nice 70ish autumn Saturday ride down on 2 wheels to take a look at it. I was acknowledged by several sales dept staff as I walked around the lot, and was told to ask if I wanted help with anything, or had any questions; I was thinking, this is MY KIND OF PLACE! What a pleasure to be able to walk around the lot and look at the truck inventory by myself WITHOUT being descended upon from 6 different directions by high-pressure salespeople tripping over each other to assume that they should tell ME what I wanted, as Ive experienced at other dealerships over the past 45 years. When I was satisfied that the truck that I had seen in their online inventory, and now up close on their lot, was the truck I wanted, I walked into the sales office/showroom and was greeted by Denise Kennedy-Watson, who sat me down and attentively and empathetically listened to my story and got the paperwork started in a fashion that only can be described as familial. She went above and beyond what I would expect a salesperson to do in order to get me a final price and financing deal that I can live with as a retired senior citizen on a fixed income; and she did it with the speed and efficiency of an extremely competent professional which gave me peace of mind that everything was right. She didnt try to sell me any add-ons that I didnt want, like Ive experienced at other dealerships, just explained their availability to me and allowed me to decide; she gave me references to providers of optional equipment in which I expressed an interest in adding at a later date after I took possession of the truck, and even helped me download the Ford Pass APP to me Smart phone. Since it was then 5:30 on a Saturday, I decided to take possession on Monday; when I arrived to sign all the final paperwork on Monday, my wife and I were introduced by Denise to Scott Brown, who deftly guided us through the actual purchase and received our down payment. During the process I had mentioned to both Denise and Scott the fact that I had purchased my very first motor vehicle from the Kindle dealership back in 1971, but had moved north after that and bought from other dealers since then solely due to geography and time constraints. Its great to be back home!

Went to a third-party website to quote what I wanted and the dealership to contact with the offer. Kindle reached out and the wife and I went there to look into purchasing a new SUV. Our test drive wasnt anything like we priced out (year older, cloth seats). Have a larger selection maybe? Sales person was pompous and arrogant. Had the nerve to say to my wife (maybe jokingly) that could she handle the size of driving a car like that (while I was in the bathroom). Completed insulted my wife as she grew up driving her dads F150 extended cab. Worst part was I knew more about the vehicle than the car salesperson. Yes, I did research but compared to who we ultimately purchased the vehicle from at another dealership, it was obvious his knowledge was stretched thin with all the vehicles they had there. Worst part was I literally used this third-party app to make the car buying process easier and they said they couldnt honor it and started the games. Didnt help that the draconian desk area like they were passing out your enteral judgement. One of the receptionists was in their pajamas. Place is a joke. Its not the "oh I didnt buy a car there today, this place is bad" or "oh I made a deal and Im driving away with a new car, I love this place." Its just the overall experience; lack of knowledge, lack of customer service, and just a poor vibe. Go to Sport Hyundai Dodge, if you want a Dodge.

We bought two cars this year. One from the other place, and one from Kindle. My experience from beginning to end was a much higher quality at Kindle. Straight forward. No stress. No tension. They were willing to negotiate when comparing other deals from other dealerships. I would definitely recommend, and would buy another vehicle through them. With that said; I would like to give mention to the young man that was my agent: Mark Hampton. Mark brings a new perspective to the meaning of "car salesman" The man went above and beyond to make this deal happen. He was genuinely gratifying. There are a few salesman at Kindle that have about a 100 years combined know-how for the company. No doubt these men will retire with wonderful rap-ore for the people of Cape May County they have serviced. Leading to ushering in who will be continuing Kindles new era. I think if you are new to the car buying experience, and would like to start forging that alliance; Mark Hampton is that person. Sure the other guys are great as well. People will stick to who they know. They should. I am speaking to the first time buyers as well as people such as myself, who have bought many cars throughout my life, but my first through Kindle. My experience was wonderful with him, it is he who I would return for. Thank You

A few months ago, I asked Denise Kennedy Watson to keep an eye out for a used Lincoln Navigator that was within my budget. Well, 2 days before Christmas she called me and said "Merry Christmas. I just got in the perfect navigator for you and the wife." So we took the ride up to kindle and inspected this used navigator. It looked pretty good, sounded pretty good ,drove pretty good, and was priced pretty good! We went and slept on it. The next day I drove back to kindle and told Denise that we would take it. Being that this was a used vehicle, It was not the cleanest car that I had ever seen. Turns out that the previous owner had dogs, that I think lived in the thing! I dont think that it had ever been cleaned since the day they bought it new! Well Denise, being the super star that she is, had the guys there at the shop go over the whole car. The following day, you would not know that car was used!! It was beautifully detailed inside and out. Mechanically perfect, and shining like a new penny. Thank You Denise for the great service, as usual. I dont want to buy from anyone else. Thank you Pete for finding me a great interest rate on that loan as well. Sincerely, Ken and Karin Nichols

My parents just recently bought a car here so when it came time for me to buy a new Jeep, I came here also. I loved how it was a very small, friendy, family owned car dealership. More now than ever, you go into car dealerships and it seems to be a competition of who can hound you to buy a car or who is making the most money that day. Steve Kindle, the owners son and vice-president of Kindle was very approachable and just a very down to earth person. He was interested in just having conversation instead of only talking about what car I was buying. I dealt with Roger and he was great! He was already dealing with someone else so he gave me the keys to the car I was interested in and just let me take a ride. No hassle and no lurking over my shoulder from the passenger seat like other dealers. And, when all was said and done, he went through the vehicle with me before I left and set up my bluetooth and showed me every little feature on the vehicle. And, I got a few gifts : ) Also, because my parents referred, they also got compensated with a check from Kindle.
