I took my Hyundai XG350 (which I loved) in for service, and walked out with a NEW CAR. Anthony C. was perfect! He gave me the space I needed, he talked to me and not at me. He showed me a few cars while I was waiting for my wife to show up to just look at some options. I had a terrible experience with my local Hyundai dealership service center in Lehigh Valley on the auto mile, so I decided to go into New Jersey to another Hyundai dealership for service. We took our two Hyundai cars in for scheduled maintenance and they ruined our cars, one of which we purchased there. I love Hyundais and would never leave the brand, but when I found out that my local Hyundai had purchased this dealership I was very reluctant to do business with them. Anthony made that decision very easy, He Listened! He Apologized for his PA Counter parts! He convinced me it mattered to him, and being new to company never hesitated to promote the brand and the level of service that his location would stand behind. He has proven that not all car salesmen are car salesmen. He has restored my trust in what I thought was a truly untrustworthy profession. Thank you young man for a very positive experience, and faith in your trade. If you are in the market or soon to be, please do yourself a favor and go see young Anthony C.! You will believe again in the process. It was a complete joy to shop with him! And I did beat up on him just a little bit for the new car..

We went to the dealership to have our 2011 Hyundai Elantra aligned - we had bought it from a different dealership in 2013 and at this point were disgusted with the car and had lost all faith in dealerships. We had just dropped our car off and took our 2 year old outside to play when Arvind approached us and asked if we were looking to a buy a new car - naturally, we were looking at the cars to keep busy, we replied we were not and that we were buried deep with our car that we were unhappy with. He asked us where we got the car, and we replied major hyundai and he informed us of all the bad reviews that specific dealership got, he then proceeded to tell us about the special they were having - which would allow us to get into a brand new 2016 hyundai elantra for about the same price we were making payments on with our car and they would absorb the cost of our previous loan - this was fantastic but we were hesitant since our previous experience was not great. We took a few days to think about it and in the end walked away with a 2016 hyundai elantra in the same price range as promised. We are so relieved to know that we are free from our deathtrap of a car we were initially sold and we hope Arvind sticks around for a lot more years so we can work with him again in about 5 years when we need to upgrade to a large car for our growing family. Btw compared to other dealerships their prices are awesome - buying a car is expensive but worth it.

Be careful when you see a price online....it is likely very deceiving. They list "certified preowned" cars at the regular used car price, just to get you in....they add on the $1,000 fee only after you get there and theyve got your social security number. This was a very manipulative and deciving move, to make the costumer think that the listed price of the car is the certified pre owned price. Without the $1,000 already factored in, how can you even call it certified on your website and over the phone ?? Very shady. We drove 1.5 hours there thinking we knew the price of the car....what a waste! Plus, the salesman wrote down the price of the car and then wrote "plus fees" when trying to get us to agree to the price, without even explaining what/how much those fees were! We had to ask multiple times, and each time he kept avoiding how much the "fees" really were. Finally he quickly said those fees" were over $1300 and then tried to change the subject right away. Needless to say, we left! This is not good business and not a place I would trust. IF you decide to go here, just be sure to get the out-the-door price in writing, via email, before you make the drive to this middle of nowhere shady dealership.

Great car, not a great buying experience due to fees.. The certified pre owned car my husband and I got was listed for $12,995, but then they charge fees for EVERYTHING including the certification that they had advertised. Its like saying "used car- with brand new tires!! Oh, But there is a fee for the tires since they are new so give us an extra 900 bucks above the listed price..." so ended up paying 15,300 after all the fees were added on. They were Bogus fees for paperwork, etc-which you know is going directly into the sales reps pocket. Then he charged us for the extra key too, and almost didnt give us the floor mats. I think its because they could tell we were going to get financing elseware, so he wanted to jack up the price somehow. They were going to give us interest rate of a whopping 7%, when my credit is Fantastic and i qualified for 2.49% for 60 months interest through the credit union. Financing elsewhere alone saved me $25 per month. If you buy a car from them beware, know the fees, number of keys, etc before you act interested in anything. And get financing elseware if possible.

Word can not describe how greatfuly I have to have John Anderson as my sales rep! I have bought two previous cars from John and I have even followed him from a previous dealership. John remembered from our very first conversation exactly what car I had my eyes on. Considering my situation he has kept it in the back of his mind. trust is a very big factor when buying a car, and I felt comfortable enough to place my trust in John and the team 3 cars ago, John, Nick and team were able to place me the car of my dreams over a oil change, Keep open and honest dialogue at all times with John Allowed him to understand where I felt comfortable and what features really intrigued me. As always I received a message from John on my drive home curious if I would be interested the car we both have been dreaming of. I had no choice but to say yes. upon my arrival the paper was ready and I was out in a flash. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication , because of your great customer service, I will continue to business with John and the team.

I previously went to Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai and met with Billy. What an amazing person. ..as you noticed I didnt refer to him as a sales man because he was truly a caring person and tried to get me into a new vehicle. I knew the odds were against me right from the start and did inform him of this but yet he took me in and tried everything in his means to make things work. He was professional and always kept smiling and even when things started looking bleak he kept positive. In the things may not have work and even then he was compassionate toward my feelings. He took it harder than I did when we couldnt move foward and I told him this visit not a total loss but a positive gain for me. I have a few months before I can move forward on a new vehicle and when that time comes..BILLY will be the man I see!!! His professionalism and caring compassionate spark will definitely send me his way again and will make sure all my friends go his way!!
