I had to redo my review because of my experience these last 6 months. First, shortly after I bought my 2008 Honda Accord everything was fine, until one morning my battery didnt work. I told them that I was having issues and the mechanic kept telling me the battery was fine. After a week of being late for work and constantly telling them I needed a new battery they changed it. So everything went back to normal, had no issues. Now a for the past couple of months my AC has been going in and out. After being inspected twice, I was informed that I now need a new compressor for my air conditioner. Oh and did I mention I need a new ball bearing for my front right wheel and possibly the left. I dont abuse my cars. I drive to work, which is 15 minutes away, to school, and back home. I respect my vehicles. I traded in a 2004 Ford Taurus with over 100,000 miles and it lasted 2 years without any majors problems. Ive only had the "new and reliable" car for 6-7 months and Im already having these problems. I expect to have issues but not this much this soon. Ive tried calling, but like always with this location, never got a call back. This is by far the WORST experience Ive had with a dealership. Maybe the other locations are better but the one on Cottman Ave is a no go. Seems like theyre very attentive to you when theyre trying to get you to buy a car. But once you sign those papers and they get theyre money, you arent of any importance. And in my case, doesnt seem like they car about the quality of the cars either.

Do not go to these losers. They will smile in your face and lie about the car you are buying. When you first buy the car it seems fine. A few days or weeks later, the car will start to act up and you find out that you have an expensive slew of problems. They make small patch ups to the car so that you WONT see the real problems the car has. They are not honest car salespeople. STAY FAR AWAY. I had to get a complete transmission rebuild and new brake pads, all which total more than half of what I paid for the car. I hope people truly see this and do not give these people a chance. I did, thinking I would get a quality car, but got a shitty one in return. There goes over $3000 wasted. And they will try to make you believe that there is nothing wrong with the car when you ask about visible problems when first checking out the car. I had to yell at the sales guy for him to stop lying to me. If you know what is good for you, please choose someone else. If another thing goes in my car, I will use the Lemon law against these scam artists and will make sure no one else has to go through what I have gone through. I really dont know how these salespeople sleep at night.

Awesome experience and great people to deal with! I recently lost my job and my credit has not been so hot. But when my car finally gave out I needed a new one fast. My friend told me about Fellah Auto Group and said he had a great experience so I figured I check em out. When I first walked on their lot I was immediately greeted by Charles. Very nice and respectable guy who was also very knowledgeable. Charles was already busy with another customer so when I wanted to take a test drive Asi (one of the owners) actually came out and said no problem. I was very surprised considering the owners usually stay back in their office. He is a very friendly guy, we talked about his family and vacation plans (since it was labor Day weekend). After the test drive he answered a few additional questions about the car I had as far as financing and then had a nice young lady answer my questions. After running my credit and getting me approved for a loan I could afford I was the proud owner of a 2011 Nissan Maxima and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend these guys bc they really do take care of the customer.

I dont normally do this but i just had to! I had the WORST experience here. I dont know about the dealership side but the mechanic side is HORRIBLE! I delt with Dimitri. I dropped my car off due to overheating and they didnt touch it until 2 days later because they were behind (which wasnt told to me). I had to keep calling to check because i hadnt heard anything from him. When they finally did a diagnostic he quoted me to fix it. It took over a week to be done only for him to tell me there was another leak! WHY DIDNT HE FIND THAT WHEN HE DID THE DIAGNOSTIC?? I took my car out of there IMMEDIATELY! He ended up giving me a "discount" on the originally quoted price. I was called the next day at 1pm because he forgot to hand me my registration. I was told it would be in the front waiting for me. I get there at 6:30pm and it is nowhere to be found. The people up front looked everywhere and were very nice. My registration was lost. I never even got an apology or a courtesy call from Dimitri. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I recently bought my 4th car from Fellah Auto Group which is a 2012 Subaru Legacy. Since they opened in 2005 I purchased a 2008 Acura TL, 2010 BMW 335xi AWD, and 2011 Infiniti M37x. All of which were very simple and easy purchases. I was warmly greeted by Charles the salesman and Kristine the title clerk upon entering the showroom. Charles is highly knowledgeable about the cars we discussed and thoroughly explained all the trims available. Asi and Charles assisted me in finding the car that I wanted and providing alternatives vehicles in the same price range. Melissa did a great job getting an auto loan approval with incredibly competitive finance interest rates. Each car was clean as can be upon delivery and was fairly evaluated and priced when I traded each car back in. I have also had my cars routinely serviced and each time they stood behind the work. I had a brake issue that cost $650 that needed additional service after the first job, all of which was provided gratis by the sales manager Asi.

All that I can say is that if it were not for these guys, I would not have been able to afford a wheelchair acceptable minivan to help my wife transport my handicapped 12 year old daughter with. I found it on Autotrader at an already very fair price but still a touch of a stretch for me. The sales person brought Shai, one of the owners, an offer from me which they readily accepted.I went all the way from Atlanta GA to pick it up. (actually had a friend drive it from Philli to Brooklyn for us to pick up, but you get the point). They were EXTREMELY accomodating to me in every way. Even allowing a local mechanic in to check out the van before I picked it up, and holding it for a couple of weeks before completing the sale for my own religious reasons. Sorry that some of the other reviewers had a rough time. Always do your homework and due diligence with any seller of anything. But I would recommend anyone at least check out their inventory and give them a crack at earning their business.
