They were very friendly and helpful. There was no wait at all. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces and was asked if I wanted water or anything to drink. Chris is the guy that helped me. He then gave me a tour around the lot and finally seen the car I wanted. We also went for a test drive and Once I seen the car that caught my eye I told them exactly what I was looking to pay month and willing to spend that day and they made it happen. They work with you whether you have bad or good credit becaus lord knows my credit is horrible. I drove home in a Like new Dodge Charger. I would of recommend anyone to go here. They treat you like family instead of just a regular customer. This is the place you want to come to.

This place is a Scam. These other guys who have submitted positive reviews have all been asked to do this at the dealership before taking the car. I know this because I did this myself. They ask you to lie to the bank about how much money is paid. I had sent someone here as a reference and they had the worst experience ever. He had paid a down payment for the car and insurance, he was told an amount he had to pay monthly, had the car for over a week and was told to come back for a better rate for him to get there and have them take the car back on some bullshit reason.They gave him his down payment back but not the $500 of insurance he paid because "thats not their problem". **Bad Service**

I can not even begin to describe how pleasurable an experience buying my vehicle from Auto Pros was. The entire staff was beyond friendly, and free from pressure. I believe that the entire staff is family oriented, and thus treats their customers as if they were their own kin, and only want what is best for them. Although it is not uncommon for me to compliment great customer service, it is very rare for me to encourage my family and friends to go to a specific location for a specific service. This organization; is one of the few. My own three year old son wanted to go back, just to hang out with the salesman who helped me through our car buying process.

My experience with Auto Pros was singularly one of the worst Ive had anywhere in my life. The owner was so high on drugs he was literally passing out, he pulled a Glock 26 (yes, a gun) out of his pocket and spun it around like a psychopath, told my wife and I we werent being charged enough for the car we were attempting to buy (and tried to hide that he increased the price of the car by over one thousand dollars on the loan paperwork), and, to top it off tried to deny us a $500 deposit we left to hold the car (which is blatantly illegal) once we said we would buy a car elsewhere. I would strongly recommend you conduct your business with someone else.

Ive been in the market for a new car for the last couple of weeks! After being almost forced into a car I didnt want I decided to walk into Auto Pros to see what they would be able to offer me. Went in there with low expectations.. (Of course from my experience from other car lots). I was immediately helped by Denny, who with the help of Linda and Rob were able to get me into a car that I actually WANTED! Theyre absolutely amazing and work as a team! Thanks Mike, Rob, Linda, Chris and of Denny you made my car buying experience a great one ! If your looking for a new car , You have to go to Auto Pros!!

I brought a car in March, traded my old on it to them. In June I started to receive mail that my old car was towed and I had to pay storage fees to the City. I called and they did take care of it after going through my file. Its now November and Im STILL getting mail about tickets and fees I have no paid on my OLD car that was in their hands at the time of towing. I am now being sent to collections because of something they didnt handle. Its not my fault the car was towed, it was no longer mine.

I bought an Infiniti from them 2 years ago. I had an issue with the radio which they said they would fix. Weeks had gone by without any work done. Calls were made no return phone calls.I had to do the canvassing to find who can work on the radio other than them. Two years have gone by and I have to call them about getting an inspection...the frustration continues...no call backs...no interest in customer service! Do yourself a favor move on to another dealer!!!!

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS! I HAVE BEEN SENDING IN REQUESTS VIA EMAIL AND THEY DO NOT CONTACT ME BACK. I just wanted to know a little more about the vehicle before I go out of my way to buy a car. Does anyone know ANYTHING about this dealership? Are they professional, are their vehicles in good quality. These people really need to try to get buyers more interested.! They get two stars for not helping out a person who really wants to buy a used car.

I just bought a 2013 Nissan Altima SV from Auto Pros. I live in the Northeast and I had driven by Auto Pros hundreds of times going to work. When it was time for me to get a new car I figured I would drop in. There were no cheesy sales tactics, no high pressured closing salesmen. They took my credit app and got me in the car I wanted. I have sent 6 friends there since and everyone has had a pleasurable experience. I will never go anywhere else!

I bought a jeep 07 in February 2015, it now October, my car does not run, has electrical problems and I paid 6000 down, now I owe money on a used car, that doesnt work dont buy from these crooks, they take ur money and there cars are no go. Now its 2016 and the car shut down, Im stuck paying a loan for a car that doesnt work....saleSan was nice, but the deal he sold me was bad

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUTO PROS!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They will sell you anything and they DO NOT honor the so called warranty!!!! I purchased a car from them and within a week I needed $3000 worth of repairs and they wouldnt do anything about it!!! If you do not take my advice and you still buy a car from them dont say you were not warned!!!

Do not go here unless you want to buy a car from one of those people dipping on the subway. Impossible to have a coherent conversation with, and rude to his employees. Would not stop showing off his(gross) abs, also pulled a small glock out of his pocket and twirled it in some fuckwitted attempt at coolness. Felt like I was in a sitcom. 0/10 would not recommend.
