From the moment I walked in and introduced myself to Gary, I felt comfortable about making a deal on a car with him. He knew when to back away and let me examine the vehicle on my own. After our test drive, it came time to discuss my options and warranty upgrades. He took the time to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting, and for a very good price as well. If at any time, I felt confused or unsure of something, he was patient with me and broke down pricing in simple terms. He truly made buying a used car a good experience. I never felt pressured, and I felt in control of the deal the whole way through the process. To me, he is exactly the type of family owned car business that you seem to struggle to find these days.
