I purchased a Bright Red 2011 BMW X5M about 3 months ago and am still just as excited as the day I found the car online on their website. I drove over an hour away to go look at the vehicle last minute and they were so accommodating! George was so attentive (especially for someone who is inpatient as me) and even called and texted all the time! We went for a drive and I fell in love. Of course I was a little skeptical buying a car like this not from a dealer but as soon we pulled up to the lot you can tell these people were no joke! They ONLY had foreign cars on the lot and a foreign auto body shop right next store! I had such a great impression and they were so honest. I drove back home (another hour) to await the car of my dreams! They told me where they were every single step of the way and constantly texted me to update me. New brakes, even fixed the trunk, and brake sensors! We had to get a new windshield after just buying the car and they scheduled us to come back and have the entire thing replaced! Included! Igor was also very honest and fair with the financing. The place was very busy and you can tell the cars were moving. Their inventory online is very live and the cars live up to the pictures. The only thing I could say is that the German Auto Shop they use are a little slow (again I am very impatient) but I guess they just want to make the car perfect. Despite the drive too I would absolutely look into buying another car from PA Auto Sales again. They were so friendly and professional! I could not be more happier with my purchase. I love my BMW!! Thank you so much for making this a reality!! :)

This has been the worst car experience we have ever had. We needed to buy a bigger car for our growing family. We were looking for a mini van. Purchased a 04 Kia sedona with decent mileage. Test drove it and didnt see any issues. Nice and clean. It came with a three month warranty. Which we had to bring it in a short month after purchase because it was leaking oil. They fixed it. As soon as that three month warranty ran out the car went to crap. We have had to put over $4000 worth into this car. Air conditioner went. Entire coolant system went whole thing was rusted like it sat in water. Doors dont lock/unlock with clicker. Passenger seat broke and wont move up or back. And our most current situation is the catalytic converter needed to be replaced along with exhaust needing to rerouted. We had to get a used car because we were in need of a bigger car. These people took advantage of us. We tried contacting them. We even filed a complaint with the BBB. The only response they had was to bring it in and have there mechanics do the work and they would charge us for it. The van has been parked on the side of the road more than it has been driven. I honestly believe they knew all the issues this car had and sold it to us anyway. I would never reccommend them to anyone. This past year with this car has been the worst experience of my entire life. And it has put my life and my three small children in danger over and over on the road the way it has broken down.

DO NOT waste your time with this dealership. Their response to your inquiry is very poor. I inquired about a vehicle, rest drove it, liked it. I was told theyll get back to me and let me know how much down payment I needed along with my trade in. Never received a call. I had to keep calling back after I was told 100 times by Igor that hell call me back. After 3-4weeks of jumping through hoops I was told I needed 4k with my trade in. I buckled down and decided to put the money down. I put a $500 deposit down and still waiting for someone to call me back. Finally, after 3 days they told me to come in and get everything squared away and bring the 3,500 to finalize the deal. I get there and the rear view mirrors dont work on the car. Minor problem, so I brushed it off. After sitting there for 3 hours for them to draw up paperwork, they inspect my vehicle again. They told me my check engine light was on (which it wasnt and Igor even came out and seen it). They reniged on the deal. After jerking me around for four weeks and having me sit for three hours (and I left work early) and after I already purchased the insurance they told me they couldnt give me the vehicle. My car has 75k miles on it and ran great. This place is the worst car shopping experiences I ever had. I urge you not to consider this place. You will regret it

I rarely if ever post reviews, however i feel more than compelled to do so after my recent experience with PA Auto Sales. In early October 2016 i found a 2008 Ford F250 on Cargurus. I sent an email stating that I was interested in the vehicle and i was contacted the very next morning by Rob. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Between Robs friendly service and Igor really going the distance to get me not only financed but to really work with my lousy credit and figure out a way to get me a damn good rate for the position i was in. I drove away in the truck in under two hours total. They said the vehicle had been at one of the storage areas and hadnt been detailed fully yet but if i brought it back the next day they could get it cleaned up while i waited. Being a used vehicle it did have a few minor problems over the next two months but the staff at PA auto stood by me and the vehicle and worked to have all problems resolved fast and easy. Not only would i recommend going here but i plan to return for myself and have referred friends and family. Start to finish just a great place and extremely professional staff.

On arrival we were greeted by Robert. We had originally been interested in a black 2005 Cayenne, however the car wasnt available for viewing yet as it was still being serviced and detailed. Without exception, every car on the lot was gorgeous and immaculate. Robert showed us a 2009 dark grey Cayenne, which looked and drove like brand new. I fell in love with this car, and even though I didnt intend to make a purchase that day we made a deal. There were several stipulations that I wanted to include and PA Auto Sales followed through to the letter on each and every one of them. In the couple of days that it took to finalize the purchase, both Robert and Igor were always available by phone, and very responsive! We even had a slight seat repair that they dealt with over a week later, at our convenience, and it turned out great! I would highly recommend PA Auto Sales and Robert, if you want a quality car at a great price.
