This place is the little car lot that cares. However, from my experience, what it cares about is not YOU. I looked at the reviews on here as well as other sites. They seemed to be the only decent used car lot place Ive seen. That was until I went there. Im going to make this review shorter than originally planned. He was very pushy. I say, Im interested in the X car. "You want to buy it?" I want to test drive it. Again, "You want to buy it?" I did not laugh or smirk. I assumed this was used car lot humor. But it wasnt as I would hear this through out the whole experience. I stated my concern about the lack of NJ inspection sticker. They gave me what could only be described as the most empty sounding promise I have ever heard of being able to bring the car back if it didnt pass. I was told they couldnt do as a used car dealership. I have no clue as to that being true or not. After the test drive, I asked to look under the hood. I immediately smelled burning oil as I fumbled around for the latch. There was oil leaking all down the front of the engine. Which he told me in the office(he wasnt there when I looked at it) that it was probably from them adding oil. He could have literally shoved the paper work in my face and I still wouldnt have felt as pushed to buy this car. They said they would "fix it while I did the paper work". Meanwhile they are so surprised that it was leaking oil. Which only says, they are lying about knowing it leaks oil because other people had to test drive it and smell the burnt oil, or B, they dont even bother to inspect the cars they sell to people. Either way its stinks of bad business. There were a couple of other cars I wanted to check out but walked out after that. I guess he thought if he said "buy it" enough times I would be brained washed. Now I know why that car was still there. They may be alright for newer cars which dont have to many issues to begin with. I did my homework and their prices did seem reasonable on the ones I looked at. However I wouldnt buy any of the cheaper ones. Will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

I just purchased a car from these gentleman today and I am glad I didnt put much faith in the negative reviews here. I was helped by Jerry who was straight forward and reasonable to negotiate with. He was multitasking because of being a bit shorthanded but was up front about the situation and it didnt greatly impact my experience. Most of us have had that day at work. When we settled on a price that we both thought was fair he had to call his boss Steve to get the ok. It didnt feel like the standard issue negotiating tactic used by car dealers and I did make the purchase at quite a bit less than the list price. Steve asked to speak to me on the phone and thanked me warmly for doing business with them. To top it off, I had noticed a headlight was out on the car while inspecting it but neglected to mention it until after all the paperwork was signed and the car was paid for. I told Jerry about it and he sent me to a local auto shop who popped a new one in at no cost to me. Thats a classy move considering I had just bought the car as is. Used car dealers in general have a bad reputation but Jerry and Steve certainly didnt fit the negative stereotype. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

I purchased a 2005 BMW x3 from this dealership less than 3 months ago. In that time the car has had emission problems that the owner had repaired by his authorized auto mechanic just repaired enough that the service engine light would stay off to pass inspection. Very soon after the inspection the service engine light came on again, the car is now sputtering, smoke is coming out of the car when I cut it on, when in idle the car is shaking and the elctronic panel that controls the windows doors and locks stopped working. The owner is refusing to pay for the work to be done to the car after we contacted him on several occasions. I am now stuck with car payments, with the first two made and additional car repairs that sould not be, so soon after my purchase. Be careful when dealing with this dealership. And please have the car your interested in taken to have a diagnostic before your purchase.

We made a mistake by doing business here. Over-priced. Dishonest. Shady. Steve tainted the whole experience of buying a vehicle - DO NOT GO HERE! You will, without a doubt, regret it. I wish there was something we could do to prevent others from getting ripped off, but this is the closest thing.

They are the worst people to ever work with. They are nasty and so rude. They buy the most worst cars and sell you garbage! Dont ever buy a car from this dealer! They do not help you and do not want to be responsible for any warranty ! If there was a 0 star I would give it to them!
