My experience at this Enterprise location was awesome! I wandered onto the lot back in August with just a glimmer of an idea about what I wanted. It was my very first car buying experience, and I was prepared to fight off overly eager salesmen who often appear at venues such as these...! My dad and I were poking around the lot when Steven Weidler, one of their sales reps, came out to introduce himself. He was friendly, relaxed, and ready to help, all without being pushy-- a very rare combination! The endearing energy he brought to this first visit shaped my entire car buying experience at Enterprise for the best! His approach to sales was so refreshing, that I chose to stick with this company and location, despite the many dealerships in the area vying for my business. And as a result of his helpful, respectful nature, I finally purchased a fantastic new car this past December! I dropped off the map a few times due to my hectic schedule, and to be frank, most sales people would have relentlessly contacted me in pursuit of more business. But, Stevens laid-back yet steadfast approach of emailing me every so often, just to check in, was just the right amount of encouragement I needed to follow through with my dream of owning a new car. I credit my great experience with this company to Stevens unique professionalism, and people skills! I now refer anyone in search of a car to this Enterprise location and tell them to ask for Steven, as I know they will be in the care of a competent and friendly guy who will help them see their car buying process to the end!

Great customer service! Audrianna, the manager is awesome. She takes the time to find out what you want, what you need & what you can afford. This is my 3rd vehicle in 10 years from the Pennsauken location. Unfortunately my last car was a total loss (not my fault), but fortunately the process was quick and effortless. It took longer to get the loan pre-approval than to get the car. The 7 day trial is cool. I thought I would like first vehicle I went home with, but over the weekend I started having doubts. Personal preferences like the dash board was awkward for me, the seats werent motorized like my last car, the drive wasnt smooth. I took all my concerns back to Audrianna and she recommended a re-inspection because they stand by all of their vehicles. Im sure the next owner will appreciate it. At the end of the day I found the deal of the century. People realize that not all of these cars were rentals, some are lease purchases that had one driver. I recommend Enterprise sales in Pennsauken NJ for your next car, ask for Audrianna and tell her Lynda with the "Y" sent you.

I rate my Enterprise car buying experience as 5 stars for the following reasons. First, the sales associate listened to me the customer for what I was looking for in a vehicle without trying to convince and haggling me into a vehicle I was not interested in. Secondly, if a certain vehicle was not available at the site, he would find it and have it brought over to his location. Third, there was never a feeling of being pressured to buy. Fourth, the sales associate came in on his day off when a potential vehicle arrived for my viewing. Fifth, the sales associate addressed all my concerns and provided documentation about the vehicle including carfax and information about vehicle recalls if any. Lastly, you get 7 days and 1000 miles after you purchase your vehicle to return it no questions ask if you are truly not happy. Whats the catch you ask? a $200 restocking fee. P.s I am going to kept this vehicle.

I was initially very happy with the purchasing process at Enterprise. Everyone was very nice. There were many cars on site to look at. I will say though, they are not in a hurry by any means. Not one visit, out of three, was less than an hour and a half. I would have given five stars, but when I picked up my car, there were several things that needed to be fixed (not major, but they said they would fix them) , they said they would call the following Monday and set something up. After a week, I reached out and was told the same thing again. This is the end of the third week and I have not heard ANYTHING! So frustrating. They were in constant contact up until the day I signed the papers and picked up the car. Very disappointing.

After hearing that Enterprise sells the top 2% of their cars I decided that I would look there for a car for my 17 year old son. My son could not decide between two cars that we looked at, after two days he decided on a Ford Focus. I called our sales person Lawrence and was told that the car was sold, my son did not want any other car - he wanted THAT car. I called Lawrence and talked to him about it and within 3 days he found another Ford Focus in the same price range and it had a nicer option package. I was happy, my son was happy, thank you Enterprise sales team.

Dave and Audrianna are the BEST! Super accommodating. They definitely went above and beyond and I couldnt be happier with this experience. This was my first time taking the steps towards buying my own car and they went above and beyond to make this happen. Dave was really friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and answered every question I had. Audrianna was also super friendly! The sales technician was very friendly and helpful, not pushy, not over anxious for a sale. He patiently listened to our many questions and gave answers. When he didnt have an answer, he would consult with a co-worker. We appreciated his patience. We were someone what overwhelmed with the volume of paper work. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle on time. We were pleased and have recommended Enterprise Sales to others.

Nice people but it would have been nice if they followed directions and added my wife OR used the address on my drivers license to register the car instead of a 23 year old address thats now an abandoned lot! When I asked them to correct the problem I was told its to late just wait a year and refinance. .. so I get to pay for registration all over again! Would not recommend this sales HUNGRY location or better yet forget enterprise

This is the second vehicle i have purchased from enterprise car sales. Not only do they stand by there vehicles, They have the best vehicles to choose from. You will not be stalked by the salesmen Or saleswomen. My experience with enterprise in 2008 made it easy to return in 2017. I love my 2016 jeep patriot. I had a great buying experience. The sales rep was very knowledgeable; Shay allowed us to browse and have our time to look at the inventory of cars and make a decision. This is my 2nd car purchased through enterprise car sales. I purchased a great car just right for my needs. The other staff are also very personable. Thank you enterprise.
