When I put the top down on my C70 and it did not fully go down And I pushed it the rest of the way I knew I did something wrong. That night I tried to put the top up and it would not move at all. It was a Saturday night and knew I was not going to be able to get the car to the dealership until Monday morning. It was raining that morning so my drive to the dealership was NOT good. When I got there 4 cars were there first and under the overhang. When 1 person saw my dilemma he motioned to me to wait a minute as he pulled a car out so I could pull under. I did not know it at the time, but this guy was one of your team in the garage. Jeff took care of me at the service counter and hooked me up with a loaner. I really figured that it would be 2-3 days since I didnt have an appointment, and also I figured it was going to be VERY expensive. Much to my surprise Jeff called me at 2 in the afternoon and explained my car was done. He told me that it was a sensor exactly where I pushed it down. I knew it was my own fault. When he told me that the price was 365.00 for diagnostics, labor, re-calibration of the top I couldnt believe it. I really thought my mistake was going to cost much more. Thank you for the service and dedication. This is why I bring my car there and not to some mechanic to try to fix it. YOU ARE THE PROS!!

By far one of the best and worst car search experiences of my life. Carl the young sales guy who knew everything about the new S90 really took the time to show us the vehicle and really make my wife fall in love with the car. Everything was going great until the so called "manager" got involved. We were sitting at Carls desk when he just butted in to introduce himself as a "manager". We told him our budget and he agreed he could get us to what we where looking to spend monthly. After he spent about 5 minutes working up a lease payment he decides to tell us he couldnt get us near our budget. So he then tells us that the car is out of our league and that we cant afford it. I thought that was the rudest thing someone could say to a family that works hard to bring home six figures. Even though I probably would have made the purchase because of Carls hard work. I wish that geriatric would have not got involved and Carl would handled the whole deal.

That was true "no pressure" experience. After getting countless nonsense emails from other dealers, just stopped by at Burdumy for test drive to compare 2 different engines in XC60. Got what I needed to make an opinion. Then came with wife to see if she likes the car. She did and we bought it in the same day. Lucky for them and us, they had car we wanted. No one was trying to low balling me for my trade-in, the price offer was good - what not to like? And I have to say the Sales Manager Al Bott is a really impressive guy.

The entire staff from Mr Burdumy on down is courteous , helpful and sincere. Like the car, Burdumy is safe (no games), dependable and rock solid. If you are interested in a new or used Volvo, I would highly suggest visiting these people for not only a pleasant buying experience but exceptional after service. No, I have no affiliation with the dealership or people there except as a VERY satisfied customer. One caveat, they need to improve their coffee.

Terrible experience overall , agreed on a price to purchase a used vehicle with Ray ( in writing ) and was told that they wont honor the price and that they could not do anything about it, i was told " its like a sale at a department store, when is its over its over" no sorry , no lets see what we can work out, Ray did not even get up from his chair or stop looking at his monitor. Very misleading and poor customer service.

My experience with Raymond at Burdumy Volvo was such a pleasure. He took the time out to answer any questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable with the car that I purchased. I would recommend Burdumy Volvo for not only the quality of their cars, but also for the service that they provided. Raymond was such a friendly, honest, straight forward man and I would hope to buy another car from him in the near future.

I have dealt with Burdumy Motors for many years. I have never failed to be completely satisfied. They go out out there way to treat me as a valued customer and continually inquire as to whether I am satisfied. If I have any questions, they answer them; if anything is ever not to my complete satisfaction (I have trouble thinking of an example), they fix the situation.

If you ever want to buy Volvo, come here. Was absolutely worth over and hr drive from Jersey. Marc, our sales rep was such a pleasure to deal with. Wish more car sales man were like him.
