This place is awful! The blower motor was making a clicking/humming noise the week of 11/30/2015. So my boyfriend showed me how to take the motor out to clean out any acorns in it. I did, there were no acorns, and I put it back together. It was still making the noise so I brought it to Milford Chrysler on 12/5/2015 since I bought my car from them and any type of service like that needs to get done there because its under warranty. The tech said there were acorns in it and cleaned them out. I thought that was weird since I just looked at it the night before. Tuesday 12/8/2015 I turned on my heat and I heard this crack. Got to work and the wheel of the motor was completely gone. I mean the whole wheel broke off and its nowhere in the car and the tabs on the motor are broken, so I know it was touched and I know they looked at it. I called and complained and asked to talk to the tech so I can understand what happened. Now all of a sudden he never touched the motor and saw what was wrong with the blower motor through the hole where the cabin filter is. I checked that hole, its completely dark, you cant see the bottom of the motor, you cant see anything! Cassie at the counter said the manager would side with the tech anyways if I made a complaint. Which they did. Now they are trying to say I broke it, and now all of a sudden there are pieces of wheel on my car floor.

2 years ago I jumped into a jeep without thinking. Found out later on that it was sold to me as new when it was a demo with 800 miles on it . Then a year later the same salesman forced my mother out the door because he refused to come down on sticker price when she had CASH. She went to ford and of course she walked out 2 hours later with a brand new Ford for 6k less than sticker. I refused to ever go back to Milford Chrysler. I then realized, being a manager myself, that I never allowed anyone else to try to help. I walked into Milford Chrysler 2 days ago and saw a truck that caught my eye. Of course I started to look at it because Im an impulse buyer. While looking at it Charlie the salesman came up and started talking to me. I had him run my credit. Within 2 hrs the jeep was traded and I drove away with my new truck. I cant pretend like I dont know the process was sped up and made painless for me due to my past experience. I have to say, Charlie and John are awesome and I wish I dealt with them from the start. They knew me from the area and I could tell all they wanted to do was keep me happy and keep me happy they did! Deal with Charlie John Dylan and Gil to avoid a bad experience. Thank you guys! You redeemed my trust and satisfaction and you deserve 20 stars !

I honestly dont even want to give this place a star at this point. I went in for a $10 inspection and a free oil change and almost $1100 later, they manipulated me into work that was unnecessary for my van with only 68,000 miles on it and less than 3 years old which Ive only owned for less than a year. Look for more on this story as I will be contacting corporate and spreading this story to help everyone avoid being taken advantage of like I was on Tuesday. They are not trying to treat people like VIPs, nor are they looking out for the best interest of their clients and vehicles. They are looking to make money whenever they can. Very disheartened by my most recent experience and my last at milford Chrysler unless they come to my door with are check like I just won the lottery and offer to fix anything and everything on my van for the lifetime of this vehicle for FREE. Scam. Scam. Scam. Thank you for taking away from my children and the hard work that my husband and I do. There was nothing wrong with my van before I took it in. One thing they found was covered under warranty. Everything else was not necessary at the time and I didnt know that and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Shame on you.

My mother brought her car here for an inspection. They told her she needed new tires. When she got home she realized she was also charged for an alignment. The receipt stated she asked for one, which she did not, nor was she told she needed one. It is very unlikely that a one year old car would need one anyway. In my opinion they ripped her off which is pretty lousy considering how much money she has spent here over the years. Stay away.

We bought a chrysler town and country had an amazing experience. Andrew LaBruna was our sales rep he knew exactly what he was talking about. Best part he was not pushy and was no pressure at all . We went there with 2 little kids and he was very accommodating . We were in and out with our new car in less then 2 hours best and fastest experience ever. I would recommend anyone to Andrew best guy in town.

Awesome experience! Absolutely no pressure from anyone. Dave is a very good salesman and patiently showed me every single feature on my new Jeep bumper to bumper. The entire staff is pleasant and friendly! Highly recommend. It is so fast and easy to make a purchase. I know I will return to do it again! Other car dealerships should take lessons from them because this is exactly how it should be!

Sales people are very pushy and being elderly I was very uncomfortable and they wouldnt let my husband and I leave very pressured to buy a car. Sales manager was very unprofessional his manner and language was very rude it truly was a very very unpleasant experience to say the lest now I understand why his sales people are just as rude they are lead by his example.

Came in and traded in for a Jeep. Great price and even better service from Dave Bowkett. Dave was great working out the financing. I appreciated the one step process and not having to switch from one staff member to another. We really couldnt be happier with the vehicle and the process. Really appreciated the local touch to the entire sales experience!

Friendly staff, called for quote on vehicle the cost was triple what I was quoted recommend getting a cost quote emailed to you, I explained my vehicle dually diesel, tire rotation 2.5 times quoted and oil change over 100 was quoted the standard oil change price even though I said 6.7L diesel. Get quote in writing

Did not try to sell me something off the lot! helped me build the car i wanted, came in with my name on the sticker,How cool is that. Also never have any problems with service Dept, whole dealership treats me as family.
