I purchased 2005 Chrysler pacifica in February of 2012, and can I tell you my car has been in the shop for repairs 8 times for overheating, the staff was rude and discourteous, and unprofessional, the owner walks around telling the customers that he dont want to talk to them and to talk to his employees. My car was repo due to a complaint I filed with the better business burea, the dealership deceptively repo my car making me think that the car was being repaired, and than only to later call me and tell me they are repoing my car after I made a large payment. Due to the car overheating, I took the car to a engine shop to diagnose the problem and they stated that the car has a bad head gasket, per a cumbustion leak test that was performed. I alerted them of these findings and they than lead me to believe that the car was being repaired, however due to a small balance owed for a particular date, that was discussed and agreed between the dealership and I, before giving them that small payment in addition of giving them a $1000, payment, and than driving the car off their lot and the car begin to overheat again ,called them back and the staff laugh at me, this staff was name Trish, and Chris, the owner name is Joe who were rude and unprofessional, they also have a D- rating with the BBB, people dont do business with these people, they are dishonest discourteous and unprofessional!!!!!!... I will be suing the hell out of these people, mind you I havent owned this car for no more than 9 months, and now I am out of my money and a vehicle.

Beware of these people. I trade in my car to them and then I purchased a car from them and they charged me for my tags ( which was my tags), $2000 and when I notified the finance company they stated that I did not have to paid them anymore money because they have the title and the car was no longer in their possession. Before I took action with the finance company, Jolene and her partner, Harry threaten me, " If you dont pay for the registration, your car will be repossessed. How could they when the car was not their car but me being ignorant to the game, I previously paid them $ 860.00 bucks and had a balance of $1177.00 according to them. They put me on a payment plan, harassed me to make payments. I received no more calls from them after I notified the finance company (AFS ACCEPTANCE) and they took action against them. I tried several times to reach them by phone so that they will give my registration which they now have in their possession, but my calls were ignored. I took legal action for repayment of my money. Please be aware if you buy a car from them and once it is out of there hands, you should not have to pay anymore money because the bank takes care of that for you.

** ATTENTION ATTENTION I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give them no stars I would... They are very unprofessional!!! Harry is a liar, and Trish is ignorant,, and rude!! I purchased a Mazda tribute on December 5 2016 I got the car Tuesday December 6. I only had the car for couple of hours. I took the car on the expressway and the car completely shut off!! I then got into a car accident, theyre not trying to give me my money back and there not trying to help me!! I have a warranty! At first I didnt think I did but I do!! I will not recommend this company or this business to anyone!!! They are bad business!! Take your money elses where

Im giving them one star because I have no choice, but these people deserve nothing. Theyre rude money hungry thieves. Please dont make the same mistake I made and purchase a lemon car. These people seem so friendly when you have the money in your pocket and then the second your car has an issue they become ignorant and rude. Not to mention that when you ask to speak to the owner people like Trish will catch an attitude and deny any access to him what so ever. These people actually hurt there customers financially with there screaming business. Honestly, key automotive should be shut down!!! Avoid this place unless you want a headache!

I purchased a car at this lot first i had to wait almost a week versus 2days for car to get serviced . Then i picked up the car drove it for 2 days after turning on airconditioning car overheated. I then returned car after a week with no car waiting patiently what was supposed to be a pump turned into a head gaskit so that one week turned into 3weeks. Then after calling still very patienty the owner tells me we will jus call u relax u have a loaner we are doing u a favor.. Please do not go to this place they are very unproffessional an i am very unhappy with my service and still has no car. And my car is a lemon.

Hate them! Was sold a 2005 ford that is a complete lemon! I never even write reviews but after this experience, I feel that no one should have to go through the same. First off, they are too expensive. I payed $9000 and as a first time buyer was unaware that I could have gotten more bang for my buck. My car over heats, cant hold antifreeze for more than a week and if is not one thing with this car, its another. Its been in and out the shop a good 12 times over the course of 6months. Buyer beware, your better of somewhere else!..

What a proffesional atmosphere.. Family oriented. welcoming and pleasant!!! I purchased an Infiniti Truck that I have no problems with also I have free oil changes and inspection for the Life time Of my Truck!! The Young Ladies in the office are inviting and Proffesional..It smelt like a spa in the office, I had coffee and cake!!! The hospitality as I waited for my Truck to be detailed was exceptional!! I felt like I was Catered to.. What a shopping Experience I would recommend this store ABSOLUTELY!!! A FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP!!

I just got my car 1 month ago I had to bring the car back 4 times now they have my car and have had it for 6 days they want tell me wats wrong with the car they giving me the run around they very unprofessional I dont recommend nobody to them theyve been said that they couldnt give me a loaner car because they the insurance is messed up what type of place is this the only reason why I gave them one star because I had to give them a star but in my book they wouldnt get no star

I certainly do not recommend this company. Their cars look ok but they are pieces of ????. I purchased a car 6 months ago. Its giving me problems every since. There customer service skills are very unprofessional and I smelled weed in shop. The owner could care less. He will not return your phone calls. Im contacting the lemon law attorneys for this. What a hwadache. Very frustrated.

I have bad credit and have been dreading new car shopping but these guys made it super easy! Jolene, the credit finance lady, found me the best possible financing that i could afford and made the process super easy! i wasnt there all day like i had expected! it was quick and easy and me and my kids are super happy we dont have to take the bus! i will tell my friends and family
