If I could give them a half of a star I would and thats being generous! When I went and looked at a car in November of 2015 the sales men showed me a 2005 Chevy Cabolt. He told me that at the end of my payments the car would be mine. On my test drive I noticed the turn signals would turn on, but would not turn off. The salesmen said hed order the part that week and would fix it no charger. Later that week they told me the part was in and to return my car to have it fix. My car was left on their property overnight so theyd be able to service it first thing. Finally at 2 pm the next day they called me and said they found "damage" on my car and wouldnt let me have it until I filed an insurance claim. My mom, sister, and I went to look at the car. They tried saying I had damaged the car on the front passenger side tire. There was nothing there... I even asked the women, who claimed to be the owners wife, that if I had hit something (which I hadnt) wouldnt it cause more damage than just that one little spot they were imagining. She admitted that yes indeed it would have caused more damage, had I actually hit something. They decided that they would write off the "damages" but next time they would not release my car if they found damage, until I filed an insurance claim AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE TURN SIGNALS! Fast forward to 03-09-16. My car was shaking and needed an alignment. I had a shop look at my car and told me that a lot of work, about $700 worth, needed to be done before it was safe to drive, and that they would never pass this car in inspection. I called CARS and told them I had my car in a shop (never told them where) and that the shop told me the car has needed these repairs since before I bought the car. Instead of helping me, the salesman started blaming me AND that shop. He hung up on me. Later the shop called me and said some creepy man called and told them that he wanted to come pick up the car, however, since Im the one the shop had been talking/dealing with, they refused to allow the creepy man to pick it up without my consent. I was confused because I never told CARS whice shop my car was at, so how did they know which one to call? I called CARS and the same horrible salesman told me it was none of my business how they knew which shop my car was in, but that they wanted it back. Its is NOT listed anywhere in my contract that they had a tracker in my car, which is illegal if the purchaser is not made aware! So, I made sure my car was in the same condition they sold it to me in. I went in and returned the car 03-10-16. The owners "wife", the salemen, and some lady all verbally attacked my sister and I. I definitely will be contacting someone about this business & I hope they are shut down because all they do is steal money from hard working people! Update: Today, 03-10-16, I got an email from my insurance company sending their regards for my loss of my car... they only problem is, I never filed a claim, nor lost a car. I found out that they filed a FALSE report with my insurance company. RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY! Im having to fight this. Not entirely sure how they got away with filing a FALSE claim, but Im going to get to the bottom of it!

Worst customer service ever!! Was in hospital 6 times in December with kidney stones and many post-surgery complications so we got 10 days behind on or payment. Instead of sending a proper reminder letter, the owner (Sean...mop top messy hair) followed my teenage son to the grocery store and yelled and screamed obscenities at him about returning the car or he would physically harm him. Didnt dare confront me, his dad, but instead he cowardly scared a teenager in spite of that kind of collection practice being specifically forbidden and illegal for a very good reason!! The threat of violence is NOT the proper way to collect on a debt!! This place should be shut down and Im going to do everything I can to see that happens by filing a lawsuit for intimidation and harassment, as well as breach of contract for failure to return our unused portion of the $2000 down payment. Addendum: Notice how the owner responds to negative reviews, including mine and Ms. Capellas, by saying we arent in his database, blah, blah, blah..... It is so difficult for him to apologize, or even consider he may have made a mistake, that the best he can do is deny he ever did business with us. What a stand up guy he is!

Worst place to get a car. Avoid at all costs. They will lie to you through their teeth to you. When we first came here they told us we where buying the car and if we bought it right then and there it was a thousand cheaper. So we picked a car out traded in our old car and 500 down. We pick out a nice car and set up payments. When we were just about done with payments we were going to pay it off and where told by some new guy that we were leasing the car NOT BUYING IT and to buy it we had to pay an additional 999 to buy it. Suddenly everything we signed and agreed to had changed. We were losing the car at the end of the payments cause we were leasing the car. So we took the car back and now they wont let us see our contract and side stepping giving us any money back. Update: called about the refund that is due to me for returning the car and they said we arent getting any and we owe them. When I asked what it was for the guy just kept saying they charge for clean up and "damages" when asked what damages he kept saying he couldnt say or didnt know.

Bought a car from them. 97 BMW. Car is great. I had ONE reservation and I mentioned it to them prior to the purchase. They helped me out in several ways, went completely out of their way to cater to my needs. They also replaced the front rotors when they were going to just turn them because they were "too close to gone" Man.. I didnt even ask for new rotors. I would highly recommend these guys. Good to talk to, answer questions honestly, which I could expect from a christian staff. God bless you guys. I love the car! HIGHLY recommended, especially if you dont have that great of credit. You pay more for the car, but if something goes wrong, you can always give it back to them. (which is SO much better than losing a job and STILL being stuck with repossession and a car payment.) There is a payment to "buy out" the car after the lease, this is part of the way to buy the car with no credit check. STILL highly recommended.

Horrible place. They tried to charge me $7,000 for a very used non mint conditio 1998 acura that was only worth $1,800 in perfect condition. I paid them over $3,000 and they said if you return the vehicle we will give your down payment back. I paid the the 1,800 value plus over 1,500 for the piece of crap, the guy ignored me when I asked them to look at a problem when I got it which threw the fan into the radiator, and then after I return it in good condition they say oh yea you dont get any money back. So they got a free car and 1500 dollars or more out of me for a piece of junk 20 year old car. Do not go here at all people. They are ignorant people and a scam service to not pay for their vehicles.
