I would suggest never to get a car from this lot. I leased a car on a Thursday( new years eve) and by Monday the power steering, while on the highway locked up on me completely I could not turn the wheel. I contacted Andrew and was told that I needed to bring the car in so they could fix it. I wasnt able to take off work and I also advised that I would not be driving an unsafe car the 45 minutes to get to him. So they sent a tow truck at 8pm on Wednesday night. Thursday I contacted Andre after waiting all day and he told me that the car would be ready by noon on Friday. 3 pm on Friday came and I called, he said, "When you are ready to get a new car let me know" I asked what was the problem with my old car. He said that the lot experienced some vandalism and he wasnt able to return it to me. I asked about my things that were left in the car and he said that he would call me back and hour and two phones calls which I got no answer went by and I had not heard anything. So I drove out to the lot once I got there I saw the car parked on the side of the building with no physical damage done to it. So I asked again where my things were that were left in the car. The only thing he gave me was a bag that was in the truck. So we went out together and tried to search the car for my other missing items..... Found nothing but only the case of my daughters tablet!!!! At this point I asked how the lot planned on compensating me for the things that were missing. I was told by Andrew that if I wanted another car I could get one and they would take the amount of my stolen items off of another DOWNPAYMENT on another car! And that I needed to file an insurance claim for theif of my items while in their care if I wasnt happy with that!!!!!! At that point my request was to have my down payment refunded to me and the cost of my missing items!!!!!! Andrew said he wasnt going to do any of that and that it wasnt his fault the lot was the recipient of vandalism! So I asked to speak with the owner he said he had no way of contacting the owner and that even if he did that owner wont be giving me anything either! But he would be willing to send him and email along with my contact info. I went out to the car again to look for my things and see this "vandalism" and there was NOTHING wrong with this car other than a piece missing on the steeling wheel that looked carefully broken.... So I asked if my car had been broken into like he said why wasnt there any damage (windows,interior, tires.etc) he said they used a Jimmy. So as I left I ask for the police report number he said he will get it to me later. I called back on Saturday and ask for it he told me NO he doesnt have to give it to me..... I also asked did he speak with the owner and he advised me that yes he did and they will not be paying me back nor will I get payment for anything stolen out of my car! I say all of this to say that for some strange reason the car that I drove for all of maybe two days could have killed me while on the highway then while they were "fixing" the car my things were stolen and not only have they shown zero compassion they basically robbed me of my MONEY AND MY ITEMS! Unless you want to be out of a car and money I WOULD NOT recommend a lease from here!

After making a agreement to pay on Thursday with Andrew my vehicle was shut off Wednesday. When I called to speak with the lady in charge of payments she would not let me finish explaining what had happened she got extremely rude and then hung up on me. So I then proceeded to contact Andrew who I happen to have a cell phone number for to contact him and see what had happened and he also hung up on me Ive been called back to city wide auto to find out when I could speak with a manager and I got told basically that she couldnt tell me when I would be able to talk to the manager that the only people that are there right now are the people that I could talk to. When I first got the vehicle we had agreed on a weekly payments of $180 a month well because I wasnt making a $90 payment weekly they were charging me late fees. The lady in the department that handles that precedes to tell me that no I did not sign anything saying that I was going to be paying bi-weekly but too bad for her my husband was sitting there with me when I signed for the vehicle. I will never recommend this company to anybody ever as a matter of fact Im trying to find another vehicle so that I can give this one back and quit having to deal with these people they are so unprofessional and rude theyre so nice to you when you walk in the door to get you into the vehicle but after that its pure hell

They shut my car off the day before Christmas eve. They said because of insurance which their mess up. I tried to jump my car multiple times, called to get it towed (which I payed for) and even had to take it to a mechanic (which I also payed for) waste of money for nothing! I never received a phone call or voice mails from them. They claim to have called, but my doesnt have any history of it. We got it fixed yesterday they turned it back on, got it home tonight and they shut it off again without notice. I make my payments they never have to chase me down. Way to treat your customers right. Ridiculous they should knock off the next few payments, or pay me back for the crap they caused. I cant wait to give them the car back now.

They shut off the car the day before Christmas Eve right at the end of the day when it was for none insurance which was not correct. They had the insurance info mid day and still killed the car. Payments have been made and not late. Now they are closed for the holidays and we dont have our car for Christmas with places to go. No emergency number to contact for them to send the signal to get the car to start. Everything is up and current and we cant even use it. Worse possible place to go get a car. They get their wires crossed and then its your fault and your without a vehicle that obviously u need. What the hell r we supposed to do for the holidays now? Literally can not stand them!!

I found this dealership on Craigslist. Did the credit application, received a phone call from Juan the next day. Couple of days later, I went out to meet with him and received nothing but professional service. He answered all of my questions and explained the program thoroughly. Happy with my auto selection even though it wasnt my first choice. The only down thing that I saw was that Juan needed some help on the day I was there to pick up my car. He is definitely a multitasker as he kept business rockin. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks.
