I ordered flowers for my husbands birthday to surprise him and make him feel special while i was out of town for business and asked these to be delivered at home in the evening. They gave me a 3 hours window for delivery (5PM to 8 PM) which i thought was a very wide window for people who work and most of us work and have jobs right! I still agreed to that time window and i said if you miss him at home make sure you leave the flowers at the door. No one took note of my request.... sure enough they got at my door at 7:55 PM and my husband had left for gym. He was home between 6 and 7:30 PM. The driver did not leave the flowers at home but left a note at the door for my husband. How weird!!! He ruined my surprise by leaving a note and not the flowers! Stupid driver. Next morning no one called me to ask when i would like these redelivered. When i called the store back asking why they didnt leave the flowers at the door the guy kept arguing with me that they did deliver the note and saying we dont have anything noted on the order saying leave at door. That is Not my fault..... Ask the lady who took the order from me. They were rude, not apologetic and kept blaming me that i agreed to the 3 hours delivery window. They need to accept their fault and make it right but NO...all they can do is issue me a credit. The stupid person didnt realize they ruined an occasion. Very disappointed! And i am not surprised.... This morning read other google reviews and they are bad. Dont go to this place!! They may be local but their delivery sucks and their customer service is even worse. Take your money to some other delivery place. Dont waste your time and money at this store.

My husband ordered roses, a bear and chocolates for me for Valentines day, (the roses also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. They didnt even smell like roses). He had them delivered to my job the night before. However, they delivered the wrong thing. I didnt realize it was the wrong thing until I opened the card and it was to someone else. It was roses and chocolate covered strawberries. I called Flowerpatch and told them. They said they would redeliver the flowers but were too busy to do it that night so it would have to be the next day. I told them I wouldnt be at work so they took down my home address and said they would deliver them to my home, before 5:00. The next day the flowers were delivered to my work and my husband ended up having to go get them anyway, and bring them home to me. Why pay for delivery when they didnt deliver and took them to the wrong place. My husband had to go get them anyway. They really screwed up!! It was a hassle the whole way around......!! The roses smelled like cigarette smoke, it was the wrong order, they delivered it to my work when they were supposed to deliver it to my home-the second time around, my husband had to go get them and bring them home to me...Wow a big ole hassle!!

We ordered flowers for my brothers funeral. Pricey, but they looked great in the pictures. What we got was not what we expected. They were brown and wilted. And we had ordered two arrangements. One was the wrong flowers, the wrong colors. The other one was a large expensive spray and it was sparse, the flowers were obviously old, wilted and several were brown with age. This arrangement was not even delivered on time. We had to call the shop and ask where it was. They said the driver messed up. Well he finally arrived, and we were very, very disappointed with the quality of flowers. Will definitely advise people to go elsewhere.

They were so helpful and nice when I went to get a boutonierre for my school dance. Other people say they have horrible service, but personally, if you cant realize that people are human and make mistakes and you proceed to criticize them for one mistake, youre worse than they are. Shout out to Flower Patch for making things smooth and easy for an awkward teenager and for not listening to adults who have no sense of respect.

I recently moved to California and I always use Flower Patch to send flowers to my loved ones on birthdays or special days and I have never been disappointed. The floral artists are incredible, thank you guys for putting a smile on my moms face when she had a major surgery and I wasnt able to make it home. I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

Absolutley disgusting service. They ruined valentines day and made no attempt to fix the issue. If you want a great reliable florist call Perfect Arrangements. They ended up saving the day by taking my order at 5:30 that night and delivering same day! This was after flower patch failed at every turn.

Amazing service. Beautiful arrangement. Was able to do a late delivery on short notice. Called at 4:58pm and delivered by 6:00pm same day. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Always nice to say I have a florist. Especially one I can count on.

We came in not knowing what we wanted for a good friends funeral. The staff was so patient and helpful. We probably werent easy to deal with considering we dont have many funerals...I would recommend this flower shop for the bad times and good! Thank you!

A great place to buy flowers, good prices on roses and the girls were very helpful with suggesting which flowers look best together, especially to someone who doesnt know much about them. I will definitely be coming back here to get more arrangements.
