DO NOT USE KNOX FLOWERS - Extremely poor customer service!! My wife ordered a half dozen yellow roses for her grandmother which just so happened to be a week before valentines day. She was quoted a price for the bouquet which was supposed to include 6 yellow roses. She got a call two hours later and explained that if she wanted roses there would be an upcharge because it was the Valentines day season. My wife said that she would cancel the order if she had to pay more for this as she was quoted a certain price AND this was not a valentines day bouquet. This was a week before Valentines day as well. In the end Knox said they would keep the quoted price and deliver the flowers. When her grandmother got the flowers there was only ONE yellow rose. When my wife called Knox Flowers to ask why she got one rose when she paid for six roses. My wife was told she would be reimbursed the delivery fee ($3.50). My wife said - "Keep your $3.50, Ill write a review". Side note - my wife is a wedding photographer and she will definitely not be recommending Knox flowers to her clients - disappointed beyond belief. Flowers are supposed to bring joy, not stress.

I looked at this florist website and found several arrangements I liked. I called the florist and requested one of the arrangements they have pictured on their website (Polka dots and Posies). I asked if they could do it and they said, "Of course". I also paid to have the arrangement upgraded to a Premium arrangement. My neice sent me a picture of the arrangement once she received it and it was TERRIBLE. It looked nothing like the website picture. It really looked like a 5 year old threw a bunch of daisies in a vase and sent it on its way. Not only was the arrangement put together badly, but the florist had sent the arrangement with 90% daisies. When I called to complain about the arrangement, the florist said that the arrangement I ordered was suppose to be mostly daisies. I looked on their website again and the arrangement I selected had half roses and half daisies. This florist will pick the cheap way out!

Whoever answered the phone was not happy to be working there...surly, and NOT helpful. Guess I should have said it was for a death in the family, but didnt want to talk about it and didnt think it should have made a difference. She didnt want to deliver (?!) and then, sent eight, as in 8! flowers for $65. I guess they would be more expensive in Montana, but...wow. I gave three stars only because the 8 flowers were beautiful and they did get there, but I believe there are other shops in Helena, and I believe I will find one next time.

Knox Flowers is Wonderful!!! 2011!!!! I have lived in Helena for 9 years, and have tried other flower shops but they have not done as good as knox flowers. Their employees customer service is great and they are always on time. Flowers are fresh and long lasting, and everytime they make an arrangement for me and my family its so creative!!! Their green house is alwasy filled with wonderful, blooming plants!!! And I just love how long their flowers last!!!! GO to KNOX FLOWERS THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!! Thanx!

I ordered anniversary flowers for my wife online. I paid a $9.00 delivery fee and they couldnt figure out to call her when she wasnt home to make other arrangements. They also could of left them on the table on the porch. Instead they left her a phone number to call that has no answering service and no one is answering. There is nothing worse than late flowers, kind of defeats the purpose. I highly recommend using another flower shop in Helena. I wish I could give 0 stars but this wont let me.

The Knox Flowers employee informed me that the store would not honor the AARP/Teleflora 20 percent discount. Then I re-ordered using the FTD website and it looks like Knox will also be the florist that FTD uses. I ordered something cheaper. We will see what shows up at my 84-year-old mothers apartment. She will send me a photo so I can compare with the product on the website.

I live in Canada and a very good friend of mine in Montana was having a less than good day, so I asked a co-worker of hers for a flower shop in Montana and she suggested this one. My friend received her flowers with no fuss and the flower arrangement was absolutely perfect. I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating, Knox has made both our days a little brighter.

Very disappointed in this Florist !!! This is the second time I have received flowers from Knox flowers, both times the flowers appeared old. This time I received tulips they were all open and drooping. I am amazed they would deliver them looking this way. They lasted 2 days. I do not recommend using this flower shop.

Very expensive and horrible service. Went to get a boquet just to be nice and said to them that my I wanted to spend about 50bucks and the lady said "that wont get you much" went a block away to the flower haus and was completly satisfied with a nice big boquet for under 50. Never going back to knox again.

I just bought the most amazing looking bouquet, and it was under $22 including the pot. Savannah helped me with the delivering of the plant and gave me care instruction for it. Overall I am very pleased with Knox Flowers, they are always ready to bend over backwards to help me. . . ML . . .

Not what I asked for and flowers were moldy. I paid $50 for moldy flowers. not impressed. I also asked for a candy/flower basket for my husband. He got a bouquet of moldy flowers and a bag with some candy in it. Very disappointing. I will not order from Knox again.

I recieved flowers for my birthday and they looked great for over 2 weeks. As a long time Helena resident I have always used Knox Flowers, I can count on great customer service and great suggestions for an unique long lasting arrangement in my price range.

This shop did flowers for my wedding and we paid extra for a certain string of orkids and when they were not there they refused to do anything to fix the problem or refund the extra money that was paid for them HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE

This flower shop has terrible customer service and horrible arrangements. The arrangement looks great in the picture but the actual pieces are small and filled with whatever leftovers they have. I didnt pay attention to previous reviews..big mistake

The flowers were beautiful but they arrived a day late and without the card I requested. They were for my mothers birthday and she has no idea who sent them and ended up with nothing on the day of her birthday.

Very helpful staff and a good selection of flowers. Very reasonably priced too for what you get. Visit my gf from Saskatchewan, and got a really nice bunch for her birthday! Will come here again for sure :)
