When I wanted to send an arrangement to a friend at Barrow Neurological Institute, I opted to choose a local florist rather than FTD, and I am so glad I did. The owner was so incredibly helpful that I will never use another florist. Let me explain. I called the hospital to get my friends room number. I asked the representative if my friend could have flowers in her room, to which he replied, "Yes". At that point I called McDonald and placed the order. The florist called me later that day saying that the hospital refused delivery since my friend was in ICU, but they would keep checking back, as if she was moved to a recovery room, they could make the delivery. They were unable to make the delivery for a week and a half, but the florist kept me up to date every few days. When my friend was released, the florist called me saying they would re-make the arrangement, since it had to sit for so long. I asked if they would delivery to my friends east valley residence, and they did for a very reasonable fee. I love these guys.

Wonderful experience with this Phoenix Florist. I wanted something special but, I had to have it right away AND I needed the flowers to be delivered all the way in North Scottsdale Before 6pm. I got tremendous help from the Byron who works there as to what might be perfect for the occasion (it was, you were right!Thanks). I paid a lot less than I thought I would (including delivery) then I left being nervous about the delivery... would they arrive in time? YES! I was surprised at how fast they got there from Central Phoenix to North Scottsdale! This is my Flower Shop from now on! Just made my second trip here! I decided to have them create a special one of a kind bouquet for me! Naturally Byron came to the rescue with suggestions that were beyond my highest hopes! Today I also had the opportunity to meet and speak with some of the other staff members here, all I can say is Top Notch! Delightful experience. My advice, "Come here today"!

I have visited many floral shops over the years. Some of the shops offer good service, and I find that they can throw together a simple arrangement. Nothing special, and nothing personal. So I find myself always going back to McDonald Floral. The Designers are awsome in their designs. They pay close Attention to what you want. Even if at times you cant describe what you want they work with you to make it come to a Reality. The store is always clean and very organized. ALL the Designers are very skilled and professional at their Designs. They are always friendly and kind. not only do they Design Floral arrangements they also have a wedding planner.They sell Jewelry, womens hats,purses,vintage furniture and so much more. I have now made this MY go to shop. I am a very satisfied customer. So are my friends and family. Go visit, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you

I have been a customer of Mcdonald Floral for over 20 years. I followed them from their location on Central to the new larger location on Thomas. I am a very picky person and expect to get quality flowers. I have always been extremely happy with the flowers and service. They are so creative with flowers and the selection of gifts in the store are really interesting and unique.It really is a one stop shop for me. I can have a beautiful gift basket made, flower arrangements that are original and beautiful. I would highly recommend using them for any event as I have for many occasions over the years. They dont understand that half of their business is "surprising" people with flowers. Even though i purchased the flowers for delivery they refused to leave it at the door if recipients werent home at the time. Instead to call them to let them know ahead of time (surprise!) They have a hard time understanding that im paying them to deliver MY flowers.. Not to argue with me over the phone.

Needed flowers. Stopped by because they are right down the street from work. Was wonderful. Now if I need flowers, even if its my day off Ill go out of my way to come back here. Staff is lovely, they always want to be helpful and go above and beyond to make sure Im getting exactly what I need, and help figure out a way to transport it safely (I ride a motorcycle, ha)

Cool shop! I dont impress easily. I was impressed. They have the best floral arrangements that Ive seen in the Valley...by far. I enjoyed looking through the used books, antiques, museum reproduction statues, and cards. Great cards, by the way. Better than the old Hallmark stores. Very nice people, too. I wish that whoever does their hiring worked at my company.

Beautiful store! I went in to quickly buy some flowers and spent 1/2 hr browsing. The flowers are perfect, the employees are VERY nice, the music they play is fantastic, and their cards and gift items will keep me coming back even when I dont need flowers. Great shop!
