I have had some bad experiences in the past in visiting their main location to order flowers, but shrugged it off as someones bad day. Until now. Their website has no ability to enter a delivery address separate from billing address, so naturally, I abandoned the cart and went somewhere else to get what I needed. But somehow, my order was still processed and the charge was made. Being the recognizable brand in Utah, I had every intention to use FP often until I received their "customer service" replies to my letting them know that the system had a fault. I asked for $20 measly dollars back and after 3 emails of back and forth rude, arguing, they said they would go pick up the flowers and deliver them to the right address. That is great and all, but the address they were delivered to - I dont live there. I have renters there! I have no idea what they did with the flowers nor would I have them be bothered to give back flowers they received. When I told FP this, they flat out accused me of lying that I didnt live there and that I would have had to be there to accept the delivery. Needless to say, the arguing continued with no help or solution from FP.

Sometimes life is hard and although flowers dont mend all the bad that happens "out there". It really is nice to give something beautiful to someone you love that shows them they are not alone. I know much of the work that happens out in the world goes on without praise. We rarely get the chance to say thank you to the road-worker filling a patch in the street or thank you for feeding my child to the school cafeteria staff. But here I have an opportunity to say thank you to the people who made this gift possible. Thank you to whomever arranged the flowers! This is an expression of art and I value it as such. Thank you to the customer service Representative who I asked about the status of the order and Thank you to the delivery people who brought this to my wifes place of employment.Without all of you as a team this would not have been possible. Thank you for working hard for me. I appreciate everything you have done for me. Have a great day and keep up the good work!

I went here after work, around 6:30 pm. I was getting flowers for my mother-in-law for a more thoughtful thank you. I had a budget of $20. Also let me tell you, I have very little experience with choosing flowers and really have no idea what I am doing. My mother-in-law also makes flower arrangements professionally. So I needed them to look really good. I went in and asked the girl at the desk that I needed flowers under $20 and that I had no idea what I was doing. She politely asked if she wanted me to have her choose them and then went to the back. She was gone only 5 minutes and came back with a nice flower arrangement. My mother-in-law LOVED them and told me the day after how much she appreciated them and how she thought they were so beautiful! They were so quick and easy to work with!! I will always go back to them for flowers!!

Ive stopped by this place for the first time on my way to the hospital and this one girl with short hair came out from the back to help me was the worst customer service Ive had in a florist environment. I would rate her a zero if there was a zero star. I asked for a wrap of flowers just enough to fit with my VASE for an affordable cost $15... If I wouldve known that shell charge me $20 extra to just cut the flowers and stick them into my vase I wouldve been on the freeway heading to Smith or Macy. This partiCular girl looked irritated and I didnt deserve to pay a $35 dollar worth of flowers. Her flowers with vases starts at $35. Shes very rude and have zero tolerance over helping a customers. Im terrified and never will recommend this place to families or friends. They over price you and charge you way more then whats provided.

I am so impressed with this Flower Patch! I wasnt seeing anything I loved online, so I called in and they helped me alter one of the online "templates". Then, they sent me a picture of the finished product before they went to deliver. I wasnt too happy with what I saw. I was expecting the rose to be a different shade of pink. So, I let them know this. I was sad, but I didnt think anything could be done. Then, my sister sent me a picture of the arrangement when she received it and Flower Patch had "fixed" the arrangement! It was just as I had imagined! I couldnt believe this! I am so impressed with them! And i LOVE that they send you an actual picture of the flowers so that you can see what you sent. Thank you!

Just spend the last hour talking to flower patch with awful customer service. First they transferred me and I was on hold for 45 minutes forgotten. Then I called again and got transferred, they had lost my order and then hung up on me. Then I called again and finally someone helped me, but took 20 minutes finding my order saying it wasnt there. Finally after me saying I needed it she found it right after and told me everything, added what I needed and hung up without a goodbye. When I have a wedding coming up, these people should be helping me and not stressing me out. My wedding is next week and they are very disorganized and do not have good customer service. I just hope my flowers are beautiful and arrive.

They called saying the delivery girl couldnt find the address I wanted my flowers sent to. I called the store back and they told me to call the delivery driver. I tried a couple times to call the delivery driver and she wouldnt call me back. Finally, I called the store again checking on the status of my delivery. They said that they tried Google Mapping the address and couldnt find it, yet every time I Google it on my phone and on the computer the address pulls right up. They took my order back to the store without calling or anything and now want me to go pick it up. Not satisfied. Do not use for deliveries. May not go back to Flower Patch again.

Today I ordered some flowers for a co-worker who is leaving our practice. I ordered the Simple Pleasure arrangement for her. Much to my surprise, a dozen red roses and babys breath arrived instead. The flowers were gorgeous but definitely not what I ordered and felt a little weird that they were being given to a co-worker as this is a much more romantic bouquet... So I called the shop and let them know of the mistake. The manager was so great and actually sent out the correct bouquet letting her keep both. While it was a shakey start off, I am very pleased with the end result. Thank you for making her last day a little extra special.

This was the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ordered in my life. It happened to be the most important arrangement I have ever ordered in my life as well. You see, my fiances 15 year old nephew died unexpectedly on Easter Sunday and I needed this arrangement to be perfect. It most assuredly was perfect. I now know I can trust the Flower Patch to come through for me when I need them the most. I cant thank them enough for all they did to following through with a critical assignment in my behalf. Again, the flowers and note and were exquisite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Caroline
