Very disappointed in this location. Not the first time I order from them, but definitely the last. Not only did my mom not receive her flowers. I got an email confirming a delivery 3 hours earlier than my requested delivery time, but when I called to ask how they could possibly have delivered them when nobody was home. I was lied to and told they were signed for & not just left on the porch. Today the manager Julia, told me they were left on the porch and accused me of lying about not having received the flowers. She asked me if maybe I was just saying she didnt get them because they were wilted by the time my mom got home. Absolutely ridiculous.

Seriously the WORST place of business ever. Crude people. Who wont admit their wrongs. Second time I have had a problem with this place. There are so many local business who are much nicer that I would recommend 100 times over this place.
