SCANDALOUS... had the worst tire experience ever at mills fleet farm. I buy 4 new tires from them and a protection plan. The tires I bought were not even the ones I wanted they were junk Cooper tires that they insisted were just as good as the Hankooks I had and loved and would be very happy in all conditions and not to worry how there is no sidewall protection on these junk coopers like I had on my hankooks its supposedly just for looks. Now 2 months later go in for a rotate and to get a tire fixed or replaced not only does it take 2+ hrs which is rediculous they charge me a $100 for replacing the defective tire they sold me that could have killed me just like my brother was killed in a car accident on i35 from a defective tire less than a couple hundred feet from the back of the store. Then when you talk to the manager hes full of excuses and feeds you a bunch of fine print bs policies. Tried telling me it was my fault and the leak was a nail... no nails dont strike through rubber on the inner sidewall of a heavy truck tire halfway up the sidewall nor do they leave a small flap of rubber nails will stick in or leave a straight puncture hole... then to top that off this manager tells me well that the policy road protection is only a 1000 miles.... well I have several problems with that.... for 1, when I got there I told the guy at the counter I cant find a nail anywhere and can hear and feel air on the inside sidewall how does prection plan work he says they just fix or replace it and I sign some paper work so I said OK lets take care of it. nothing was ever said about costing me another $100. And 2 they reccomended these junk tires that could have killed me telling me how great they are and 3 they knew damn well then if their policy is only a 1000 miles my warranty would be up in 3 days or after the weekend because they knew I had a 1000+ mile road trip ahead of me because I specifically told them I needed the tires on that day because I was headed to Louisville. Their polices are garbage. Company is scandolus and not a way to treat a regular customer who spends thousands in your store on overpriced crap... well not anymore... I will not be doing business here and a lot of other people who dont want to be screwed will shop elsewhere also. For a manager to hide behind bullshit policies and make excuses as to why it took over 2 hours to rotate tires is pathetic and rediculous

Can I give Fleet Farm a negative rating please???? I recently went to Mills Fleet Farm in Brooklyn Park for tires. I specifically asked the service writer for 2 new front tires. The tread depth on my front tires was 4/32" and the rear tires were measured at 7/32". I come to realize they did NOT replace my front tires, but they replaced my rear tires which were still good. It appears that they never even MEASURED them to determine which ones should be kept on the car. I have had to drive around on 2 front tires that are still bad in my front-wheel drive car in winter conditions. The store is refusing to replace the good tires they took off my car because the service writer is stating that i specifically asked for rear, which I most certainly did not. I have spoken with the store manager, the regional manager AND the director of operations and they are continuing to refuse to replace these good tires they took off my car. The director of operations even refused to give me his supervisors name and number. I have never experienced such awful customer service anywhere. For your own sake, please do not get tires here. They will more than likely screw them up and you will end up eating the cost for all of it because they will not go to any efforts to help you out.

Ive brought my car to the Auto shop at Fleet Farm once before and my husbands family all brought their cars there. Well, I brought my car in tonight to have it inspected for a private sale. I had the battery replaced and a head light replaced. Well, when I got my car back I took a look at the interior (they put down a paper mat and had a plastic cover on the steering wheel - thumbs up there) and then I took a look at the exterior. I found that they had busted out my tail light. I had checked the car over an hour prior for more pictures so I know the damage was not there prior to dropping the car off. When I told the manager, he didnt even apologize. He took some photos, had me fill out an insurance form and told me I should hear from the insurance people in about two weeks. The car is supposed to get sold on monday. So now I have to pay out of pocket if the dealership has the parts in stock to have it fixed before my buyer takes the car, and then wait for the insurance payout. The manager was not helpful at all and I felt like he blew it off like no big deal.

I bought a trailer a week ago while it was on sale. Between the time I examined it and the time I went to pick it up (about 20 mins) one of the turn signal lights got busted. They were hauling trailers around and a different one presumably bumped it. The employee at the gate called a manager who sent out the same guy who sold me the trailer. They didnt give me any hassle about it but did have to go back and forth a bit looking for a solution. It took a while and my pregnant wife was ready to kill someone but they handed me two new lights (so they would match) and didnt charge me anything additional. They offered to take the trailer in and install them for me but I said Id do it myself due to my previously mentioned wife. They handled the situation well and I left satisfied with my purchase and experience.

My brother picked up a chain at MFF. Packaging was a bit messy, but the service clerk assured him everything was OK. When my brother dropped off the unit at my house. He screwed up and got the wrong model (I wanted bigger), so I took it back to MFF. Point of clarification: I returned it same day, approx 2.5 hours after my brother picked it up. I had the reciept, etc., but was told that I "had clearly used the saw". Their justification: There was some gas in the tank, and they never seel anything with gas in the tank. Well, I didnt put it in there and neither did my brother. After about 15 minutes of snotty questions, they eventually gave me my money back. In the end, I didnt purchase the bigger saw from them because they were so rude/silly.

I went there to go shopping. I had a young lady with me that was on crutches due being shot. And just wanted to get out the store fleet farm was her favorite place to go so I picked her up to go there and as soon as we walked in I told her to stand at the door so I can get a handy CAPP cart. So she watch me sit down (stared at me) im trying to figure out how to even work the thing then she goes "for 1 you need a key for 2 you need a drivers license in a really rude way so I get out of it raise my hand at her a proceeded to walk of she goes dont do that in my store or you can get out my store and kept blapping her mouth... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AS LONG AS PERRY WORKS THERE no one needs to be extremely rude that that very bad customer services...
