Ive never had an issue with employees here until today. Im pretty sure 99% of them are awesome. However, as Im in line, the guy in front of me asked if they had any more cashiers open and one of the guys that works there started cursing at him for no apparent reason. Called the other customer a dick among other things. Im surprised there wasnt a fight in all honesty. I was annoyed enough it was happening to someone else, I cant imagine if he was saying that crap to me. Thankfully another worker took both of us to another line and calmed down the gentlemen that was being cursed at. I could see he was furious, as he should be. I dont think this reflects on the business, as for the most part people have been very helpful. If you cant stand to be asked a question, why are you working in retail. Its ridiculous.

I went to Mills Fleet Farm in Lakeville after I saw they were a licensed Browning dealer. Ive been looking to purchase a 12ga pump shotgun and figured they might have what I was looking for. The pros: compared to a lot of the chain stores out there I at least have to give credit to Mills Fleet Farm for teaching their salesman to assist customers. I was helped by a couple of friendly sales clerks in the sporting goods department, which is more than I can say for Gander Mtn or Dicks Sporting Goods. The cons: though I was helped, the sales clerks clearly didnt know about shotguns - one had never heard of Browning and the other had never heard of the Remington 870 Wingmaster. Im nitpicking here but it would be nice to have sales staff that actually know a little something about the department theyre working in.

Made an appointment for brake repair. Dropped off the car and then called later to check in on the progress. They informed me they did not have me down for a specific time during the day and that they wouldnt get to it for at least two days. I had called three days previously to set up the time and told them I would be dropping it off and leaving it there all day. The sales contact had a lot of attitude, was not helpful and had no answer other than I had to wait for two days when I asked how it could be resolved. We were Fleet Farms Auto Customers, but never again.

Ive been going to Mills Fleet Farm for 20 years. The last two times I went there I left with nothing. Either there was not enough check out people and a long line. Today I went to buy paint there are 3 guys working in the paint area and no one could figure out how to do something. With a line of people waiting, finally one of the guys said its going to be awhile I asked is that 20 minutes and was told possibly. If Mills Fleet Farm doesnt get the staffing and training taken care of soon I will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service on the floor was abysmal. I needed to pick up some ammunition for a present in sporting goods. The man behind the counter helped three men, all of whom arrived after I did, before he acknowledged me. He told me what aisle to go to but couldnt tell me where in the aisle I could find it. I felt like I was being talked down to throughout our conversation. Im unfamiliar with ammunition and it was hard to figure out how everything was organized. I didnt feel comfortable asking him for further help.

Have been going to Fleet Farm for 30 years but recent bad experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth On our annual trip to northern Minnesota from St Louis MO stopped by and purchased $145 of merchandise Somehow one bag didnt get in our cart or in our car and didnt notice until the next day Called customer service and they didnt seem to want to help us out said we should come back in to try and find it together Big thumbs down for our most recent experience as their was around $40 of merchandise in that bag

Waited 10 minutes in line at guest service to return something and one person behind the counter and older lady who then decided take some of that walked rather than helping the next person in line I blame her for that for not paying attention she knew I was there but yet help someone else after they were chitchatting I finally walked up and asked if I can get a return done real quick and she just sat there pondering how could I have come up and requested her to do my return real quick

This place have everything. We generally go there when we need to buy timothy hay, cat food and bird food, and I enjoy looking at the variety of things they also provide beyond Farming items. Prices are reasonable and staff working there are helpful. They even give you discounted gas at the check out, which discounts gas for another 3-6 cents per gallon from their already reasonably priced gas. What else would you need?

Bought a small piece of carpeted cat furniture and thought I was getting a decent deal... Until I found that it BROUGHT FLEAS INTO MY HOME. I live in a sixth floor urban apartment with 2 strictly indoor cats. NEVER had a flea until last week when I brought this thing home from Fleet Farm. Now its not such a good deal since I have to spend $60 for flea treatments - and have pesticide in my home, on my loved ones!

If youre a driver and youre delivering here, zoom in on Google Satellite and be sure to take the driveway that leads directly to the guard shack. Seems silly to point it out, but its kinda tight there. Also, the employees are cool. Got me unloaded in a reasonable time. They even allowed me to cut thru the warehouse to do some shopping, even though there are signs that supposedly forbid it.

Ive been going to the Lakeville FF for years and have always been satisfied. Recently my sons Boy Scout troop was doing a community service project and needed a few things. The manager, Matt, was very helpful and got us just what we needed. In the middle of the project we were running short and had to make a run back to the store, again Matt was quick to assist. Great store and service!

I used their auto department to install a car battery. They have the tools to keep power maintained and not fry the computer that my make and model is notorious for. It appears they did not do it right as radio settings, clock and odometer were all reset. Now all sorts of warning lights are popping up and all other shops I took it to said FF probably messed it up.

I love Fleet, but this location is pathetic! Every other employee is a Teenager whom doesnt look like they even know what the word OUTDOORS means. Most aisles in this location arent kept up, and their employees seam to spread far and wide when ever you need assistance. If there was a closer one, Id continue to shop till then I stick with Menards.

one time we had no idea this store had closed already and the employees SAW US walking around with a cart and didnt even bother to let us know that it was closed until 20 minutes later and we had to put EVERYTHING back. such a waste of time, they wouldnt even let us check out at the end. The girl who finally told us was super rude about it too.
