Accidentally ordered a wrong size coat from them. Paid via Paypal. Sent it back immediately, and was promised a replacement. Well, 6 months went by and no replacement. I have heard nothing from The Outdoor Xperienced. Letter and emails are ignored. I offered to except the XL coat (wrong size) in exchange for my $129 paid, and that I would gift it to a relative or friend---no response from TOX. He has the coat I sent back (probably sold it) and Im out $129.00 and have nothing. Poor customer service and communications---beware of any internet transaction with this business. Never again!
