Awesome clothing. My shirts from over a year ago still look brand new. I returned one after six months and the cashier didnt even bat an eye. Their customer service is AWESOME and so are their products. I just wish that they werent made in China.

Stuart is the employee who helped me. We went through at least 8 pairs of boots and he was always willing to grab more to try. He provided a lot of great info about LL Bean and hes definitely the reason Ill be coming back for more. Thanks Stuart!

Customer service was outstanding. I returned and otherwise perfectly hammock but with a broken weld. The lady and gentleman helping me gave me no problems and help me quickly. I appreciate a company that backs up their products.

The boots I bought were faulty, and so were the pair that L.L. Bean replaced them with. Luckily the store was really easy to work with and got me my money back, even if I didnt end up with a nice pair of boots.
