There was a pair of new balance shoes I wanted but they didnt have my size out there so I asked a lady if she could check in the back for me and she did and came back and told me they didnt so I proceeded to look for another pair which I found and they had my size this time but only in wide and I needed medium so I asked her if she would go check to see if they had it in medium. She didnt even go look she just told me that they dont make them in medium just wide only certain ones are in medium. So I told my husband that I wanted to go to shoe department in scottsboro and look so we did. Guess what I found the exact new balance shoe that I needed in medium but was told that they dont make that kind in medium. WELL THEY DO and I dont appreciate being lied to just because she didnt want to go look. So because of that rudeness they lost a sale and customer and I will tell my fiends and family where to go for now on Shoe Department in scottsboro!!
