The salesperon was great, and knew a lot about the shoe I was interested in. Unfortunately, I was not notified about their rediculous return policy on shoes. He talked up the money back garauntee on the insoles if i didnt like them, but never once mentioned that if i put the shoes on my feet when i got home i wouldnt be able to return them. I came in two days later and had taken them out of the box to change the way the shoe laces were arranged. We had some unexpected expenses come up that day so i decided to return the shoes. The sales person said they looked "dirty" and "unsellable condition" although i never wore them outside the store. I went to look up their return policy because i was still not notified or given paper work as to what their return policy really is, and its not even available on the internet. Tradehome is shady to me, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The service was amazing, and even though the store was small they had a great selection of shoes, Im a Sperrys fan as well as Ecco and even though they both run high dollar they are well worth it especially since the salesman, Josh I believe, also informed me about the service to fix the shoes shortly after purchasing if something needs stitched up, they can handle that at no cost to me! Very knowledgable staff, very professional, very accurate with what they said. I come back every month to pick out a new pair and now I go only to Tradehome, trust me if you want to find a pair of shoes that meets your needs, the staff at Tradehome will most definitely help you find and choose them.

Extremely aggressive staff that will not stop pestering you. Shoes and prices are fair and I love them! However, sales persons will not leave you alone. I had headphones in to give a saleswoman the hint but she kept trying to talk to me and even tapped my shoulder! Unless you come in with headphones and and a hoodie, be prepared to get annoyed.
