Manager made a huge deal out of returning some socks that couldnt have totaled more than $5. Sales associate previously sold my boyfriend womens socks ("one size" but obviously way too small to get over his toes). We called and the associate told us we could return the opened socks. I get she cant sell them after theyre opened, but its their fault, and is five bucks worth losing a customer? Because Im not coming back.

Always great customer service. Ive bought several shoes here for myself and for my fiancé. While we were in buying some converse for our wedding the associate (cant remember her name) went totally above and beyond when trying to help me decide the right shoes for me. She even expressed how she loves helping people find shoes for special occasions like that and everything. Someone give her a promotion.
