Poor customer service and you have to beg to get an answer. If you need to pawn something, he offers very little even on something you bought there. I was offended by the offer of 100.00 pawn on a pistol that I purchased there just a few months prior and I paid over 500.00 for it. I went to Rainsville and found Prime Pawn and he offered 300.00 to pawn. This was the second time DeKalb Sportsman & Pawn has offered me very little. I will never use them again for pawning. I also found many items overpriced as compared to the one in Rainsville. Its worth the drive, because you will save a lot of money for the same item. I hope that this helps someone not just to pawn but to purchase new firearms.

Everything is overpriced, the store is dirty and the people are rude, especially the bald beady eyed bulldog looking ***hole that works there. All of the guns are AT LEAST $100 over priced, as is everything else. I mean, the guy wants $70 for a PS2 with one controller , and $200 for a used gun that is $150 NEW.
